  • When will my credit card be charged?
If you are newly registered, once a positive balance appears on your account you will be charged either the amount of the balance or $2.95 (whichever is greater) within 48 hours. Note that if the minimum charge of $2.95 is applied and your balance is under $2.95, the remainder will appear as a credit balance on your account.

After the initial charge is made, you will be charged once per month on your billing date (or within 48 hours after your billing date.) You will see your billing date listed in the information on the top of your statement.

  • If my auction does not close with a winning bidder, do I still have to pay the listing fee?
Vendio costs are driven primarily by listing and secondly your auctions, so a listing fee will be incurred with each auction listed or relisted using our services.

Tip: We recommend that you maximize your investment by creating a Vendio Store. In the event your auction does not close with a winning bidder, you will have promoted your store to all auction visitors and you can benefit from the promotion of all of your Store items.

  • What is the Image Hosting Plan line item on my statement?

For services that come with Image Hosting such as Sales Manager, Tickets Manager and Vendio Stores, "Image Hosting Plan" appears as a separate line item on your statement. This line item displays the storage limit associated with your plan, e.g., 3 MB, 500 MB, etc. Credits for Sales Manager, Tickets Manager and Vendio Stores fees are applied at the end of your billing period to provide a level of free Image Hosting.

For each bill, the Image Hosting Plan line item will appear at the end of your billing cycle. Occasionally, it may appear mid-cycle as a result of a plan change such as a plan sign up or upgrade.

Plan upgrades do not have to be initiated by you; automated plan selection is a special feature of Image Hosting so you never see overage charges. When an Image Hosting Plan line item appears as a result of an upgrade, the line item charge will be the difference in price between your old plan and your new plan.

For complete details about Image Hosting pricing, see the Fees Policy.

  • What is the Image Hosting Credit on my statement?

When your credit equals your Image Hosting monthly minimum, that means you'll pay nothing extra for Image Hosting.

When your monthly minimum Image Hosting fee is prorated, such as your very first bill with Image Hosting pricing, as long as your credit equals the prorated Image Hosting charge, you'll pay nothing extra for Image Hosting.
