| How do I select an item to Relist? | |
| To Relist with the new system, check the boxes next to each item within the closed auction panel and select the Relist button. The items available for "Relist" or "Copy and Launch" will appear on a Relaunch Summary Page. From this Relaunch Summary Page, you can quickly schedule and launch the items or edit the details for any of the items, before Relaunching. | |

| My closed auctions are disappearing from my closed section - how can I Relist them? | |
| Auctions that close with a winning bidder are NEVER removed from the closed section when you "Copy & Launch" the item again. Only auctions that close without a winning bidder will be removed from the closed auction panel. To receive a refund for the closed auction, Vendio removes the item from your closed panel while reusing the auction identification number. | |

| How do I make changes to my Relists - it seems as though the edits I make aren't saving? | |
| Users must click on the "SAVE" button at the bottom of the Edit | Relist page once changes have been made. If users quickly select the "BACK" button on their browser, changes will NOT save. Only selecting the "SAVE" button will ensure your changes are completed. | |

The term "Copy" will appear on the Relaunch Summary page for auctions that originated using Vendio tools (not imported auctions) that DID close with a winning bidder or did not close with a winning bidder but were launched more that 30-days ago. | |
