How do I open my Store Wizard?
You can access the Store Wizard from the Stores start page. To get there, simply click the Stores tab at the top of the page. You can also go to the My Account section of Vendio and click on My Store to open your Store Wizard.

How do I attach an "Email Subscription" to my Store?
In the Wizard, you can select to include an Email Subscription in the Design process.

Can I change the text in my "Email Subscription"?
The text Email Subscription is permanent, but you are able to promote the uses for your Email Subscription in your About section. For example, text such as "Join my Email Subscription to be notified of special deals" can be helpful for your users.

Can I change the text throughout my Store?
You can always change the text in your Store by editing the Store Wizard, which is available on the Stores start page. To get there, simply click the Stores tab at the top of the page. You can also go to the My Account section of Vendio and click on My Store to open your Store Wizard.

Do I have to have a company tagline?
No, only bold fields, such as company name, are required within the Store Wizard.

How do I change the color of my Store?
You can change your color layout by opening your Store Wizard and going through the color selection process. Save time by selecting from the list of pre-created Store color schemes within the Wizard.

To change anything in your Store, simply open the Store Wizard available on the Stores start page.

How do I know who signed up for my Email Subscription?
All new users who join your Email Subscription list will be added to a new folder within your Customer Management list titled "Stores." Open Sales Manager and select the Customers link to view all new email addresses.

How do I add company information or my picture to the About section of my Store?
To add any information, simply open the Store Wizard on the Stores start page.

How do I add my company logo to my Store?
If your logo is in .gif, .jpg, or .png file types, then simply upload your logo in the Store Wizard. Note: .bmp files will upload, but may not display properly on Netscape browsers.

Can I change the categories my items are listed in?
No, the categories are set by the auction sites in order to help your buyers easily locate items of interest. Vendio uses a combined set of these categories to create a professional display on your Store.

Can I change the title in my Store's tabbed sections?
The Store tabs are permanent and cannot be changed.

How do I include my Store address in my auction listings?
All open Storesare automatically promoted within each auction listing created using any Vendio listing tool - Sales Manager, Online Inventory, or Sales Manager Pro.

When you're creating your auction listing, simply refer to your Store web address in the item description. For example, text such as "To see all of my other auctions, go to wwww.vendio.yourStorename.com".

How can I see my auctions in my Store?
Your auctions will automatically post to your Storeswithin 2 hours. You do not need to do anything to manually import them.

How do I activate my Stre (make it publicly visible)?
Once you have finished creating the Store Wizard, your Store is automatically activated. To ensure that your Store is activated, go to the Stores start page and ensure the radio button labeled 'Open for business' is selected.

How do I link to my Store?
To view your created Store, you must first activate your Store in your my Account section. Once activated, simply click on your store link or enter the URL in your browser to view your Store.

Will my Store support any auction I have running on any site?
In order for your Store to recognize your auction, it must be launched through Vendio's Sales Manager, Inventory, or Sales Manager Pro.

How do I get my logo to show up on each page of my Store?
Upload your logo in the Store Wizard. The logo will automatically appear on each page of your Store.

Are there fees associated with creating or using my Vendio Store?

Is my Store compliant with eBay's regulations regarding links including in auction listings?
Yes. Your Store link goes directly to your homepage, which only features eBay listings. Therefore your Store is in complete compliance with eBay's listing regulations.

How do my auctions get into my store?
Auctions launched after you've turned on your Store will automatically be included. Auctions launched prior to turning on your Store, or outside of Vendio tools can not be included in your Store. Your Store will be updated every 2 hours adding new auctions and removing old auctions.

Can I add pictures to items in my store?
Pictures attach to auction listings when are automatically included in your Store. Only pictures added to an auction during the create auction process using Sales Manager or Sales Manager Pro will appear in your store. Pictures added after an auction is launched and pictures not hosted on Vendio image servers will not be displayed in your store.

How do I access prospective customer lists?
Anyone who signs up will automatically be added to a folder in your Customer Management list titled "Store Mailing List." To get to your Customer Management section, open up Sales Manager and select the Customers link.

How do I post Fixed Price listings to my Store?
You can post new Store fixed price now listings by clicking "Create Listing" and then selecting "My Fixed Price Store" within the control panel. Another option is to go directly to your Vendio Inventory and to complete the Store section when creating a new item or editing an existing item. Once you select the "Add Item" or "Save Item" button, the Fixed Price item will immediately appear in your Store.

How do I edit and manage my fixed price listings?
The online Vendio Inventory is the central management place for all Store Listings. Simply open the Inventory Item to change the price, edit the quantity, or adjust any detail for your Store Listing. Changes to the Item on your Store will be made instantly after you select the "Add Item" or "Save Item" button.

Can I use Post Sale & Post Sale Express with Fixed Price Store sales?
Yes. Store Fixed Price sales will appear within the Closed Listings section of your Control Panel and will be identifiable by the 5 Post Sale Management keys (instead of 9 for auctions). Fixed Price items will also appear within Post Sale Express.

How long does it take for new Inventory Items to be added to my Store?
When creating a new Store Item, once you select the "Add Item" or "Save Item" button, the Fixed Price item will immediately appear in your Store.

How do Qty Available and Qty in Store work when creating Store listings?
To add items to your Store, you must first have a positive value in the "Qty Available" field. Then you can use the up / down arrows next to the "Qty in Store" field to add or subtract items from your Store.

How can I edit my payment preferences in the new Inventory Tool?
Payment preferences can be changed in several locations. You can visit My Account | Global Preferences, the Store Wizard (step 3), or by selecting the "manage" link within the Inventory | Create Item page. Payment preferences apply to all auction and Fixed Price listings.

Can I accept secure online credit cards from buyers on my Store?
You can accept secure online credit card payments at the point of sale by signing up and using a VeriSign merchant account. Store your VeriSign merchant account information within Vendio's My Account and buyers will be able to enter their credit cards on your Store and pay you instantly. Register to obtain a VeriSign merchant account today.

If you already have a system to accept credit cards, you can inform your buyers in your terms of service and conduct the transaction after the sale.

How does the inventory calculator work within the Vendio inventory system?
When you launch and auction or post a Fixed Price listing to your Store, the new inventory calculator will keep track of the quantities that are still available, that sold, that are at your Store, and that are at auction. It is a very efficient tool for keeping your business organized.
