Oh I know. I guess all these guys are operating on a nickle that they don't have. Apparently they are all overextended, and are having trouble handling the holiday volumes.

It is 7:17 am in Texas and the Post Sales area is slow to zero. I can't even get the Unsold page to come up.
All other areas seem to be fine.

Slow again this am and it started exactly at 5 am PST. I tried to run tracert three times but it got to step 18 and then disappeared!!
I am trying to edit and launch (and view preview) of items in PENDING. The actions finally go through but VERY SLOW!

Hello again,
Mary Ann, Beth, and anyone else who is effected:
Are any of you on the Vendio site with say an assistant while running into these problems? (Multiple users, same account)
I know that Mary Ann has been very clear where she is seeing the slowness, (editing and listing, Postsale) is this the same for everyone? Anywhere else?
Finally, it does seem that the 5am PST is the magic timeframe for the problems ya'll have been reporting, are there other times in the day (from that time forward) that you experience this same behavior as well?
We are actively trying to find out what is going on and with some of your input we may just isolate the issue and resolve it once and for all.
No Assistant. This morning I have used these areas: active items, pending items and launching to ebay from inventory and all went quickly and smoothly.
The only area that is slow is the Post Sale, Unsold Items: trying to relist, archive, etc. The pages just hang there for 25-45 seconds. Then show up blank, then eventually show up.
A little better this am. But the Post Sale, unsold item area is MUCH slower than inventory.

No assistant here either. I finished launching my items that were in pending early this am (all went smoothly) but stopped working on Vendio before 5am your time. I just scheduled 50 items from Post Sale->Unsold and it zipped right along.
