Pharlap do you mean to say that you can actually get change when you buy a can of coke........I think my kids' have been riping me off, because I never get change.

My computer has been really slow lately, I think it is the cold weather. The cold certainly makes me work a lot slower so maybe it works the same way on computers. I am off myself. So I will wish everyone Goodnight.

Pharlap, good luck with your interview.

Isn't it about time for part 5? I'd start it for you, but I almost got suspended for that. Whoever has the blessings of the powers that be, how about it? Part 5?

jlpiece, thank you for your concern but we are not ready to start part 5 yet. I really do not understand what your fixation with this thread is, please enlighten us.

Hope you have a lovely day.

Fixation? None, it just takes too long to load. Duh.

Well it must be a problem totally on your side, because those of us that participate in this thread on a regular basis don't appear to have a problem with it loading. Duh...... Do have a nice day.

How could a thread take too long to load? There are the same 30 posts per page and you can't load more then one page at a time.

It is a general sytem problem. I noticed down in my task bar it said it was loading something with a .edu address today when I would click a AW topic and it would stall and time out.

All sorts of problems with the system today. Once I clicked on an AW link and the task bar said it was loading from a .edu address and stalled out.

And why else did you think the mods locked part 3?

Not from super fast load times apparently.

Because 60 pages take up two monitor screen widths.

MichelleG's stated reason about loading is an Australian colloquial for "thread is too wide on my screen".

This is for jl's benefit.

Hi Michelle! How are you doing? How's the baby doing? I hope all is well and you have a beautiful baby boy!

Yes, Netta & I were discussing starting up part 4, but we were waiting for you to come back. It just wouldn't be the same if anyone else locked it up.

Part 1 was locked by Michelle, Part 2 was also locked by Michelle, as was part 3. We waited untill Michelle was back from maternity leave to lock part 3 that is why it got so long, and part 4 will be locked up when it starts to scroll. So don't you worry your silly little head over such a trivial matter, because I am sure we can look after it from here on in.

Have a lovely day.

Hi Netta did you ever see the Mary Tyler Moore show, the theme song was something like, "She can turn the sun on with her smile"...reminds me of how opposite some interactions can be, yanno a piece of this a piece of that can give you argeda, capiche?
When the moon hits your eye, like a big pizza pie thats amore!! Oh the dichotomy. I just don't see that smiley is addressing the topic.

I am supposed to be working, but this is more fun.

Oh Netta, just pretend that you are filthy rich and don't need to work. I pretend all the time. The puter is fine and we now have a soooper dooper surge and spike protector for the electric and the phone. However, the bathroom paper looks tacky with all those little holes in it. I'll never be able to get the 70's look again...sniff, sniff!
We had yet another wild Thunder and lightening storm tonight...the wind was horrendous but the lightening strikes were not directly overhead...however, I unplugged everything (hubby was bringing home the new surge protector) and I wasn't going to tempt fate.

Maybe when the kids' stop living at home and they stop bringing all there friends to live with us, well maybe then I will be rich. LOL

I am so sorry about your poor wallpaper, you know I am sure you could find a 70's style paper to match have you looked on ebay.

I don't blame you for unplugging all the power cords, I would have done the same thing. Storms freak me out.

Okay my phone is ringing once more....

I really do have to go and do some work, but it was good to be here at the same time as you, it makes a change.. I am actually in the middle of writing an email to you, I will finish it soon and send it off to you.

Talk to you later.
