I have already mentioned Texaco, right?
Actually....what would this bring on ebay?
NOT that I PLAN to steal it or anything. We do only have ONE cop and he could be distracted.

T

Just kidding, the real Texco looks EXACTLY like yours. Train depot in the backgound which is now the "dinner theater". We have culture and the arts.

It's..."women glow, men perspire, horses sweat." That this thread is not dead is Hepburn's fault.

LOL Terri! I saw that Texaco thingy, and first thing that popped in my head was "damn! That would fetch some bucks on ebay!"...then read you planning to steal...er...not steal it. I think I should grab katyd and hurry on over to your neck of the woods and all three of us have a chat with the owner of it and see if we can get him to fork loose with it

You should see the INSIDE of that place! Trouble is nothing (good) is for sale. It's just decoration. LOTS of ebay merchandise decoration. Horse feed and wormer, paint, screws and scented candles is about all they sell.

spazmodeus - You got a big grin out of me with the white color remark about the store
because we go out to dinner now and then with an older couple who are black and they
have a preference for places that serve good fish. There is a place here in Davisburg
called Whitey's that serves the very best family style fish and chips, with really good side dishes, but this fellow can't
get past the name. He insisted there is a message there. I told him the Guy's name is
White that there is no message at all and we see black families all the time there but he
has his mind made up on it and just rolls his mouth crooked and sarcastically says
right.....if you protest. There is no convincing him it is OK.

The color of the depot/dinner theater (see photo) is GREY. It fits perfectly.

The FBC is RED for "washed in the blood"?

The grocery store is BLUE. Not sure about that one. Multicultural? Weary sea travelers? Bruised people? People who hold their breath for lower prices?

Gravid, find a restaurant that is named Blackies and take your friends there instead. Maybe that will even it out?
There MUST be a place with that name. Its about as common as Whiteys. Maybe Brownies?

The myth of the Jews killing Jesus came from the close alliance between the late Roman Empire and the Christian religion. When Rome claimed Christianity as its official religion, it would not do for the truth of Roman responsibility be to taught, so the jews got the blame...
