I gave it a rest and tried again about 20 or 30 mins later and it was working fine. If you cannot see that this a problem, then I'm kind of worried. I thought you could see how your site is functioning during the day and it should show some disturbances from approx 11:15 am to maybe 12 noon. Because others have complained about this, I really would hope that your tech people can try and figure out the problem.

Hello,
Unfortunately that's what has been so difficult to troubleshoot this error, IE an extremely low number of users reporting it and (thus far) nothing showing up on the engineering side that would make even a possible slowdown during this timeframe make sense. Rest assured it's still being looked into and we'll keep forwarding over the timeframes that you report it happening within to better track down any possible cause.
As an aside im going to ping you directly with my contact information so you can get in touch with me directly, and more quickly, when it's actually happening. This way I can run a test at the exact same time, to try and narrow down if it's the overall site or not.

It's happening now again - I am editing relists and saving - I am able to do a few a then terrific lags on the save action - minutes later it finally works. (9:48 PDT July 5)

Hello,
In order to do this in Windows 7 please go to the start menu and locate the search box that should be at the bottom of the start menu. In the search box type "cmd" (without the quotes) and hit "enter". This will open a DOS prompt. Then type in the following and provide us with the results:
tracert www.vendio.com
Please be sure to do this during the time that you are experiencing slowness.

i gave you guys a trace more then a week ago no reply no nothing.
the trace show a slow on a couple of points.
i can tell you what is fast in Vendio so you can compare :
from Vendio page click community see how fast the page come compare to the rest .
there is a problem for sure here , you check from outside Vendio offices but still in CA , how about someone check from the east coast ????
by te way it is good now so its for sure not all the time.
i Use window 8 my partner in Germany use window 7 , all other sites never a problem .

I did the trace - but of course the site wasn't as slow once I started it as it had been. How do I get the trace to you? I can't seem to be able to highlight and copy it. PS: Relist/edit/save function is intermittently slow this am (started about 6:10 am PDT)

When you are in the command prompt you can right-click in this window to 'Select All' - after which simply clicking the 'Enter' key on your keyboard will automatically copy all of the text.

When you are experiencing this - that would be the absolutely perfect time to grab that stat from the Command Prompt. Note that I was finally able to see a slight speed issue from my own account, although it resolved itself almost immediately, I was able to get a tracert done and have passed that along for review to hopefully track down where in the chain this connection issue may be taking place.

Came back from dinner and tried to get into Vendio and it was VERY slow to load. I typically only have problems in the re-listing but your pages are incredibly slow right now. The only place that went kind of quickly was the Community page. I wasn't even sure I was going to get into Vendio at all, it was taking so long. I tried other sites with no problems so its definitely Vendio.
