My power has been off for over an hour, and you guys didn't even miss me. Whaa!! You are all suspended....that means you to Michelle. No wonder sweetpotato knew all the secrets.
So that's why krs is gone, no more moderators to keep him here.

Happy New Year bunz and everyone. Party? This is the party!
The poor kids next door 11 & 12 are home alone because the parents went to a party. They were so scared when the power went off. They thought because it was New Years there was a terrorist attack. Thank goodness I have a portable police scanner too. I let them listen to it to show them a car hit a power pole and the lights would be on soon.

Yep - if you never got moderated, you were being punished. Everyone except for Irene who accidentally got moderated once by an incompetent. We'd never punish Irene cuz she saved us so much time digging up all those old threads.

Bunz, the kids are Ok now, watching TV and drinking hot chocolate. But, it really brings home how 9/11 affects the kids even if they don't talk about it.

Happy New Year ,Ladies [and gents]. Going to go kiss my husband and call it a night. We always go outside to listen to the new year come in so I don't want to miss it.
Michelle, I'm glad that you found another stay at home job so you could be there with the baby. It is so nice to work at home.New job really can't be as interesting as this place was ...can it? Best wishes for the coming year.
You too Choco, I hope the New Year brings you only good things!
My resolution is to post less and less until I post no more. I never can keep a resolution though.

Similar hours, choco - just more of them (for now anyway). I don't really mind - it's no more than I was doing for the first 7 months I was here and I believe the place has potential.
Rawbunz - thank you and my best wishes to you and yours too. No where is as "interesting" as here but from a Mod's POV that's not a bad thing
I'm going to be a party pooper and head out too - New Year has come and gone for me and I've going out to dinner with my DH and the little one.
My best to all of you - if Diana doesn't zap me tomorrow, I'll be back soonish.
