I noticed that Ross posts in there. That alone may make it attractive to me to post, in an uncivil manner only, of course. We'll see.
GF--I'm fine. We aren't gone yet, but the deal is scheduled to close on the 18th. It delayed a little because it was hard to get inspections and repairs done over the holidays. To do a good inspection of the foundation(s), fo example, meant digging out the crawlspaces to a new Oregon minimum of 18". Seems that the sort of labor that do digging prefer to work Christmas trees in December because they make more.
