After much thought, it was the right decision for Yahoo to implement fees, although they didn't quite go about it in the best manner. Every major corporation wants to create a higher image, and Yahoo can't do that with free listings.
So there's no hope that Yahoo will go back to being a free site. Their free listings for feedback promotion was to keep the sellers they wanted, because I never got my credit. They have definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

If I can list an item for 20 cents and have it sell with at least my minimum or buy-price, I will list.
If AuxPal expands its book categories and developes a track record of sales, I will list there.
I currently pay a boatload of fees to Amazon marketplace and half.com, so it is not an issue of getting something for nothing. It's a matter of a site being worth my time and money because it has buyers.

What if eBay ordered you to? There's not a lot of difference you know, at least in eBay's mind. As a matter of fact, about the only difference is that God doesn't think He is eBay ...
