Hi. Posting as a representative of U-PIC.
I just wanted to let you know that we do insure International small package shipments. In addition we consider Canada to be domestic, therefore the rate per $100 of insurance is only .40 cents.
We can insure either Canada as the origin or the USA.

Hi reddeer,
No, Damon did not send me. I have never spoken to Damon by e-mail or telephone.
However, there are several services we offer our account customers that would match perfectly with PayPal's new regulations - so Damon if you are out there, please e-mail me if you would like to talk. (Since Reddeer opened the door, I thought I would take the opportunity )
I did receive a few e-mails asking for clarification on what I had posted. We do insure International small packages from either Canada or the USA as the origin at the rate of .40 per $100 for our U-PIC customers.
If there are any other questions about Canadian insurance or our services in general, please feel free to post. Just FYI -we have been selling this exact insurance for over 11 years.
