VeryModern,Thankyou for answering Nobs.I was taking care of a few things.Retro always starts early for me,As I have a lot of scorpio in other houses,So being a Sag.Im guessing the Scorpio is the cause of the early in and out for me.Please hang around
VeryModern,As I probley dont have the concrete answers That I feel you may be able to supply.Nobs You may need more estimates on that van,From what Ive seen,Mis-diagnosis is another culprit of retrograde.Got to run...

thanks for the warm invite junquemama, and yes Mercury turns retro later in the week but things are already falling apart. The good news is it will provide an opportunity to slow down and unravel it all even though I find this part of living a completely tedious bore.
I concur with the misdiagnosis on the car.
What degree of Sag, anyhow? How are you liking Pluto?

VeryModern,Glad you are still with us.Many years ago,A lady did my chart useing the old
Books of astrology. She stated I was a triple,
Triple Sag. and triple Scorpio in my houses.
23rd Nov.cusp. First day cusp according to the old ways.Moon in Scorpio.I dont know the degree,And Pluto not sure of.What the lady told me made more sense to me then any thing.Anyway later, a modern day lady,Did my chart,And did not see anything.None of the good things that we all would like to know. However the modern lady was so wrong,
Ive been doing a hundred miles an hour since birth,I know you know what I mean. The first
Lady said I was her first triple,And reacted
Differently to me after that,But in a good way.Today Im caught up trying to get the
House in order for a relatives party,So I will be in and out.Are you in astrology,?As a buisness or passion? You certainly know your lifes work as you talk many years of study.I
Will be back.......

Yep, as a Gemini with Scorpio rising, I can tell you when Mercury is going retrograde without even looking at the calendar. And it starts early for me, too. On the upside of that, the effects end sooner for me, too. It has gotten so noticeable that I will call my daughter (the astrologer in the family) and say "Is Mercury retrograde or sumthin'??" Too many times she has answered "Going retrograde next Saturday" or something like that. I'm convinced certain signs feel it the most, while other planets in retrograde hardly cause a ripple. I've learned to expect computer glitches and crashes, delayed flights, recipes that bomb and vehicles that suddenly decide they want a little R&R at the shop.
Soooo..I've learned to work ahead of schedule, leave nothing till the last minute, not take trips of any kind, and expect the unexpected. Good ideas to live by anytime, but you know how us Gemini's are
Thank goodness it only happens about three times a year! (give or take)

junquemama - you can send your data to [email protected] and I will tell you definitively if you like.
You can also go to:
http://www.astro.com/cgi-bin/atlw3/ade.cgi?lang=e
and get it yourself.
I was raised with astrology. I have had my chart since I was 8 years old. I think in astrology and my family speaks it like a second language. It is how we convey knowledge about people.
Them = "he has been divorced twice and blah blah blah"
Us = "he has a 7th house Uranus opp his Venus and blah blah blah"
I have read charts professionally but doubt I will ever do it again because I did not like it. I would not characterize myself as passionate about astrology, I would say I was fused with the subject. Between being born into it, reading and assimilating virtually every astrology book ever printed, and observing for 30 years, at this point it is kind of like knowing the alphabet. Very handy but I don't think about it every day. OTOH when the going gets rough I run for my ephemeris for assistance and insight in 2 seconds.

Well thank goodness now I know! I thought it was just me! Get this - I'm a Gemini, so I think it starts early for me. June 3 we moved my mother from her home an hour away into an apartment in our town. Things went downhill from there. She got sick, went into the hospital (first time in YEARS), and she is still there. Meanwhile, we've decided that she needs "long term care", and now we have lost our first month rent, last month rent, and deposit on the #@!%* apartment. Now I'm worried - I hope it was okay to complete the papers for the long term care facility! Nothing has gone right since June 3. NOW I know why!!! Geez. I'm always the last to know.

Hey,I got in!
Noteye,Mercury should be direct now for everyone. The only thing I can think of for your sitution is the 12 year cycle,This starts at birth,The closer you get to the 12 year mark the better things are.Everyone goes thru the bad part,When everything you touch seems to go to the tolit.Maybe Very Modern will stop in again and explain this,Shes very
Knowledgeable in this field.

Okay MaddieNicks, this is one heck of a tasty chart.
27deg Cancer Sun
13 deg Aries Moon 8th house
6 degree Virgo rising, with Pluto Uranus conjunct in Virgo
First thing that pops out to me is your appearance. In spite of being Cancer who is decidedly not flamboyant, you are noticed
as soon as you enter a room - people are captivated, attracted, repelled and stimulated all at once. This is your first handshake, and there is nothing you can do about it. Having the Virgo (and Cancer) this intense attention may be a bother at times, but my point in pointing it out is to let you know you have it and you always will so work with it. Although at times you may want to
enter a room in a sly manner for certain purposes, you will never achieve this because your energy *twangs* too many people.
Interesting that you would step up to have this done - and publicly, but easy to explain astrologically. Your Sun in the 11th house would volunteer in a group - it is experimental. The 11th house rules astrology for that matter. This side of you would step up to have the wires attached or whatever to be monitored and studied in the name of science. It is quite detached about the whole thing.
On the other hand, your 8th house moon is highly highly private and may very possibly at this point be cussing out the Sun side
of you for disclosing sensitive info. The saving grace there, is that it believes that you are so covert and well hidden that no one
could uncover any info anyway..
Now your Virgo (and you have plenty of it) is a skeptic, but was drawn to volunteer just in case, because of an intense desire to KNOW.
Okay.. on to the chart.
If someone told me this was the chart of some tycoon, I would believe it. There is innovation, ability to attract resources, ability to manage, ability to think large, and ability to work very very hard. You
like to fight. You may say you don't but you do. You may present as an intellectual, be able to make Grandma's soup, and be in the car pool line, but what really gets you going is hot blood. If you are a woman you do not want a passive man. If you are a man, you want a woman who can kick your ass. Oh... And they better be pretty, and never mind if you are frugal as hell, they best not be cheap.
Back to the fighting - you try to do this in a polite manner. In fact when you are overly nice to someone, it is a fair bet that you
would like to break their neck. This of course can't last and so eventually they meet the warrior in you, and baby you got stamina, no joke.
Assimilate this and I will be back.
OTOH if you have heard enough, just post and say so.

Okay, you have Jupiter (planet of good luck, and all things expansive) is in Gemini (in the 10th house, elevated) and a pile of Virgo and this gives the ability with computers and communication of all types. You are definitely supremely chatty, people may even
complain (but so what). You have both sides of the mind covered here. The Gemini which is mighty superficial but quick like lighting and very entertaining. You also have the Virgo and if people spend time with you (particularly one on one) they will find
that there is no end to what you know. Knowledge deep as it is wide, only a select few probably appreciate how vast. This
includes yourself.
be back later..
edit for bad wrap..

I know when and where, but I'd have to dig out the freaking birth certificate to know the exact when...
All I know is this hasn't been a good few months for me. The tom's away, my grandfather died, there's been a family disintegration, 3 out of 4 cars need major repairs and the 4th is nonoperational due to a blown engine we aren't going to repair, dealing with an upcoming college experience(and all the costs THAT entails), other little things that are gnat-like annoyances and, to top things off, a very sick pooch that is requiring multiple trips to the vet.

okay MaddieNicks - if you have a big idea and I am sure you do, you should be working now to manifest it in the the real world. Bring your vision into reality. If you are wanting to build something significant (and this would be professionally not home and family) it looks to be in place and quite nicely by June, July of 2002. This is not to say you will not enjoy success between now and then, but this is when everything culminates.
I am sorry to say, but you will not have a cake walk between now and then. You will have to clutch it up repeatedly. The best
advice I can offer is when things get dicey over the next 1 1/2 - 2 years is to ask yourself "what am I afraid of?" When you
have the answer, face your fear swiftly and directly and and the relieve will be immediate.
To answer your question ... will it always... I would have to say no. We are constantly in motion. Sometimes we get to fly by, or even soar. Other times everything we encounter (including ourselves) must be painstakingly examined with the finest tooth comb.

Wow. I'm impressed!
I have always thought myself to be a big mess of contradictions. You mention how one part of me is likely cussing out another part for stepping up to the plate here. This is a constant situation in my life. So not a surprise at all.
This life hasn't ever been a cakewalk exactly, but I try to figure I'm working off some old bad karma, and just keep putting one foot in front of the other.
Very cool. I'm gonna copy this into a word file so I can look it over a few times.

MaddieNicks - you are quite welcome, and one last note.
You will be lifted up nicely May - June - July 2001. Some bliss before the inevitable trek to your summit, enjoy it.
Short term - the love and money thing is going to hot up some more next month. Believe it or not, you are being liberated. Expect a surge of energy or the raw male type, and on the weird info front, sometime around this weekend would be a good time for a hair cut or something of that ilk. Venus - planet of beauty will be conjunct your ascendant (physical appearance). Let her leave her mark somehow.

Hoping and praying that "hot up" is a good thing....as in MORE love and MORE money, not less!
I have no hair left to cut, as I cut it all off just a few weeks ago....but I am letting my boss start leading me in the direction of taking up a walking program that will eventually lead into running. Maybe I'll start that this weekend, eh?
Yes - do another one!!! This is better than the psychic friends any day!

Rawbunzal - put up the data and I will do it, but probably not until tomorrow afternoon, soonest.
I am done for the evening around here and have to go scrounge around in people's yards tomorrow at the sales.

Thanks, I love this stuff!!! And I CAN wait till tomorrow.
Maddienicks, I liked yours. It doesn't sound too bad at all. Very well done.

MaddieNicks - well definitely go be seen next weekend as people will find your appearance especially pleasing.
The running would be a great channel for the raw male energy headed your way Sept. and love and money hotting up means Take ACTION.
Want love? Go get it, go fight for it... Mars. Red. Fire. Fight. War. Male. Charge!
or...
......be charged.
