Hello izharris,

I am sorry that you continue to have this problem, even after taking all the steps outlined by Radu.

I am not sure at this point what else to recommend - other than perhaps looking at which image editor you are using. If you can, please email a zip file of some of your images to [email protected], and I'll try to test uploading your images from SM Pro from here to see if it is an issue with your image format.

Thanks,

Diana

I am having these very same image sync problems starting today. I am on DSL cable. I have no firewall set up. My images will download to Auction Manager Pro but, after making ads they will not upload to eBay. I get the same error message.

Hello,

What is the exact error message you receive?

Please start a new thread also outlining the message, when it started, and any additional information you can think of.

I am getting the same problems when I go to synch a batch.
Get the error message that Ingrid gets about the images and checking the images online.

I'm running Win98SE right now with AMPro 4.2, because WinXp Pro totally went wacky on me. I was running AMPro on XP too.

I tried deleting the image file that was listed in the error message. Windows tells me that it is not a file, it has 0 bytes.
It keeps coming back no matter what and I can't synchronize...

This has only been going on for 3 or 4 days for me, but it is EXTREMELY frustrating!!

Hi Nancy,

If you can find the file, but windows will not allow you to delete it, can you at least move it outside of the AuctionWatch images folder manually? Try dragging it over to the desktop instead, so at least Pro stops trying to upload this invalid image file.

I tried moving the file, but as soon as I started the synch again, the file showed up again!
It's crazy!!
The file is named a .gif, but you can't look at it in any image program.

NOW I can't even connect to synch!!
Every time I try I get this message: Could not connect to Auction Watch servers

So I uninstalled AWPro 4.2 and went through the registry and removed as many references as I could.
Reinstalled AW and I can't even complete the installation because it won't connect to the server!!
This is very very very frustrating!!!

Hello,

Please provide the error messages you run into when working with the software. Also, please start a new thread with those details, as this is unrelated to this one.
