I'm from Canada, up here we have the prfect socialistic life... national health care, when you can get it, free services for everyone, however I hate the US and what it stands for, we can't have an independent person running that country, they must listen to our god the UN... and of course they must let us help make degenerates of your youth with drugs and homosexual sex... but then your military is so evil... how in the world do you support those murderers... just see all the negative things they do in Iraq and the rest of the world, they should be like our soliders that run at the first chance they get.

I'm a Republican and gonna vote for Kerry!! The simple reason is that I'm sick and tired of hearing Tokyo Rush Limbaugh and Yawn Hannity tell me how wonderful I am!! If the Democrats are elected then they can spend their time telling the world how dumb they are for voting for Kerry. They're in a no-lose situation, gonna be able to bad mouth someone either way the election goes! Maybe Tokyo Rush oughta be Michael Moore's next subject!!!!

This has turned out to be one of the best threads I have read!
It has given us all a chance to vent and put a different slant on the same old arguments.
It's clear that we have a very intelligent group of people here, passionate about their politics, but still able to maintain a great sense of humor..
I have laughed hard and enjoyed it all immensely!

Did you all see that POS Bush on the news in Florida touring all of the devestated areas. Who does he think he is using this catastrophy as a campaign tool. It was so obvious what he was doing, trying to garner support for his failed Presidency while pretending to care about all these devestated people and what they have all lost.

People here are so insensitive. Just because my relationship isn't mainstream I, and a huge portion of the population just like me, get treated like a second class citizen. I deserve the rights of marriage just like all the other men, why does it have to include a woman? I mean after all MY friends in similar relationships are much more sensitive and dedicated to their partners than brute heterosexuals. You are all so addicted to tradition, change is good and allowing me and my partner to get married would make society SO much better. The people that object to marriage for any loving couple regardless of their sexuality are bigoted, exclusionary, and unjust; besides not understanding the equality of all men. Anyone that is fine with our chosen lifestyle is enlightened, tolerant, and open-minded; grasping the inclusionary nature and intent of the founding fathers, ah, er, ah, persons. God really loves all of us equally, that part about Sodom and Gomorrah in the Bible was actually ghost written by the salt industry. That's why we shouldn't believe the Bible. People that are intelligent enough to understand the rightness of re-defining marriage to mean the union between two people of either sex don't need religion anyway, they are free thinkers that can set their own course without heed to the guidance offered from parasitic institutions. Heterosexuals have ruined the meaning of marriage through their selfishness and fifty per cent divorce rate, the true definition of marriage actually applies more to many loving same sex couples than the selfish heterosexuals that squander it. More children are damaged by the break-up of marriages than have ever been traumatized by broken same sex unions. In fact after suffering the anguish of a failed relationship homosexuals are kind and loving to children rather than cruel and vicious. I am SO tired of these bullet headed Bible thumping homophobes trying to stir the hatred and proselytizing people to hate and try to brain wash perfectly normal homosexuals. I was born this way, Uncle Bobby and I completely explored the true feelings of my sexuality when I was two and a half. You people are sick to think that there is anything unnatural about expressing true love to any other human being. You were indoctrinated into this by your parents. You WERE! Look at the toys they forced you to play with, guns for boys and dolls for girls. You were programmed by your parents to hate your natural feelings towards others of your own sex. It's a wonderful natural method of birth control that is rejected out of hand by close-minded bigots that really hate themselves for denying their own homosexual feelings.

I mean, it's so silly, all the people who were in position and paid off last time are all ready to do it again...what's the worry.
To help this time Daddy's close friend at Diebold said the hackers are in place and ready to play!
And, YAWN, even if Kerry wins he can't change things in 100 days or 100 months! My daddy's party has got their people and policies entrenched so I don't worry.

I agree with the 'blame America first crowd'. They're the ONLY ones who truly see the situation clearly. And at least, they're not some 'my country, right or wrong' types who think their country has ever done anything positive for any other country or group of people.
No...they have a clear, realistic view of all the atrocities America has committed - and rightfully believe we should be punished for ANY claims made against us. They have the uncanny ability to immediately recognize we are the ones at fault in any and all accusations made. No need to wait until the CLAIMS are addressed - they KNOW the evil that America represents.
You certainly won't find them EVER allowing even the thought that the accusations might just be false. And that's the way it should be. THEY are the only TRUE American patriots....the only one's willing to accept ANY negative claim about their own country.
It just chaps my hide that those neo-cons who wrap themselves in the American flag just will not accept every negative CLAIM that anyone EVER makes about America without any PROOF of the alligations.
After all...we all know exactly what America really stands for....killing, raping, torture of all innocents, especially young, innocent children - our fighting soldiers most treasured group of combatants to torture.
Those who won't immediately accept as gospel truth all the accusations/claims made against America's soldiers - should be shot themselves - or at the very least - be seen for what they really are - blind defenders of those putting their lives on the line for their country in times of war.
Who'd be stupid enough to do that? Only losers who couldn't make it out in the 'real' world. Only people who enjoy killing, torturing, only the uneducated, minority races, troubled men and women, only those who enlisted so they could get an education and were fooled into thinking they just might be called into fighting. all statements made on these threads in the past

And speaking of Canada....I'm soooo very tired of listening to the 'righties' here bringing up the fact that some of their government news media censors what they are allowed to hear and what they are not. How dare they even mention that - I take it as a personal affront.
After all news media like aljazeera are much more fair in reporting the true facts of what's going on in the ME than any conservative/neutral news media could ever be. I agree with their governments decision to not allow Fox News to be viewed there.
And I also like the fact that our own liberal news media is catching on - beginning to follow in Canada's footsteps. If any news is occurring that would present the conservative side...a side that favors our own country...ever...then they just won't print it...just won't allow it to be discussed. It's always better that only one side of the story gets out....makes it much easier to get people to agree with one another.
And I fully support those on the left here who continue to tell those on the right to 'shut up' when they're presenting the side of issues as they see them. After all....free speech is already strongly supported when their statements are made. Doesn't have to work both ways...for everyone.

I do know one thing. That is me and the people who think like me are true Americans. We want to see America returned to the time when it was safe for a white woman to walk down the street and not have to be worried about be raped by a bunch of filthy rotten Niggers. Oh PUHlease! So much talk about wages....what IS the problem. Daddy's so proud of not having raised our employee's wages in years and I got to tell you between that and Bush's tax cuts we are ROLLING in dough.
What do those people need with more money anyway. If they had more they'd just spend it and sales would go up and the economy would get active again.
But what do I care ...MY economy is just fine and always will be!
If those people want enough money to keep up with inflation they can just get two or three more jobs. What do THEY need with time off, family or leisure time? They're just drones we use and if they leave or are fired there are always more. And people like Daddy make sure there's always more by keeping wages low. So it's a great "circle we've got going!
Wel, well, off to the office to "claw my way to the top"...oh, I was born at the top....OK, I think I'll golf a little this afternoon and then put in an hour or two of signing papers and lunch! Work, work, work, will it never end/
I'm so glad I'm not lazy like those poor children!
HHHMMMmmmm, desperate poor kids...I bet they could work 12 hours a day with very little food and less pay...HHhhmmm, I'll have to bring this up at the next board meeting!
