Ginsbergs resignation raises the question, why at this time did he resign?

Because he did something the kerry campaign knows nothing of. It's called doing the honorable thing.

Besides all this has nothing to do with the subject of O'Neill telling kerry to sue him.
Hey, hey
Ho, ho
Kerry - sign the 1-8-0

It's called getting caught.

Linda, all your posts on this thread have shown is that those people work with both groups. It is called circumstancial evidence. Ginsberg said he was counsel for both groups.

logansdad I can't believe you think a lawyer working in a law firm doesn't talk with other lawyers in the firm about cases. Does anyone else know how to do your job and what it is about? If so it is the same with physicians, lawyers or partners in business. It is knowing what is happening in a firm. If not your lucky nobody will every replace you.

Now Ginsberg will have more time for the swift boat vets for truth.

The man should have been smart enough to know that basing his whole campaign on his Vietman record would be a mistake. He should have been smart enough to know that his record could and should be disputed. He should have been smart enough to know that his testimony before the Congressional Committee against his fellow soldiers might have alienated a big portion of them. He should have been smart enough to know that he might have to back-track and eat some of his words like he is doing now. But no, he wasn't that smart. Anyone who is that dumb should not have his fingers on the nuclear trigger!

" The man should have been smart enough to know that basing his whole campaign on his Vietman record would be a mistake."

And just what WOULD he base his campaign on?
The next series of commercials by the GOP is going to be Kerry himself.

They will highlight a Kerry speech about his ability to pursue our enemies and then show him testifing before Congress and/or how he voted on approp.

etc

etc

If the swift boat ads had such a significant impact, wait until the new ads.
