getalife - I answered your question on why neocons don't answer in another thread. my mistake...sorry. There's just too many going on with the little tag-alongs getting their jollies to keep up with.
First of all I am not a neocon. I am a conservative. Secondly I think most 'righties' have given up responding to all the lies the QUEEN of liars, cf, continues to post. He/she constantly spews lies...and it gets old real quick. Thirdly all on his/her list already HAVE been answered...over and over and over. It's just his/her way of seeking attention. No reason to respond for the 100th time...if he/she doesn't get it after the first couple of times they have been answered....he/she never will. It's called selective reading.

Linda_k, once and for all face up to your shortcomings.
You are ignorant about troops from Germany being in the Gulf War, ignorant about Bush and his government, ignorant about female troops being in Iraq, ignorant about wolves and ignorant about the world in general.
You call us immature yet you act like the board bully and even threaten to tattle to Vendio.

What it all boils down to, lefties could care less who is running against President Bush as long as it is not President Bush...
They really have no idea who they are actually voting for other than it is not President Bush... Demos could of put a convicted felon up there and they would be flocking to say what a misunderstood person he is.... only because he is not President Bush...
Doesn't matter all they hear is kerry bush bashing but not one can tell you what he really stands for and his plans for the "future"...
He (kerry) wouldn't even grant an interview with Bob Woodward... now that is funny and curious.

Anyone who wants to remain safer will not be voting for Bush. He is far too dangerous to be trusted.
9/11, when he needed to think and react...... he sat like a dummy. Next he over-reacted and against the advice of many, went into Iraq with no thought or strategy, creating a disastrous mess for the people of Iraq and the world to cope with.
The debates showed very clearly both sides of psycho Bush........ the slow thinking man grasping desperately for a thought...... and the out-of-control man jumping around the stage.
Bush does not think clearly, is not in touch with the real world. He seems to appeal to many who feel no need to seek further knowledge as they go through life and are content to believe what they are being told without question.
Bush also assumes that he knows best what the rest of the world wants and needs. He is very wrong.

Well , here's another reason for disgust...disgust at the stupidity and inability of some people to reason.
On the radio tonight I heard that each time the present administration issues a terror alert , bush's approval rating goes up 2.75%.
OK, IF the president has made the world a safer place....WHY would his approval rating go up if there's a terrorist threat???????????????????????????????
Shouldn't there be LESS terrorist threats?
Shouldn't it prove that he has NOT made us safer?
AND, GEE GOSH, whadya wanna bet that we'll get a terrorist alert a day or two before the election .....ya think?
Ya know the scuzzbags will do anything to win .....fear has worked for them so far, like DICK cheney's warning that we'll be attacked if Kerry wins the election (if THAT wasn't a terroristic threat I don't know what is).
You can be sure they'll stage a phony terrorist alert or worse, an actual "terrorist" attack.
Hang on to your butt cheeks people , it's goin to be a rough ride!
And, yes, they will kill people to win an election. Don't doubt it.
posted on October 27, 2004 02:48:30 AM new... I am outraged that the crimes of George Bush have been applauded by so many Americans.... and I am disgusted that the only vision Bush offers our children is a lifetime of war and terror....
Maggie, do you really think going into Afghanistan and Iraq were crimes???? Look at those people now...women getting the right to vote, to go to school, to drive even..to not have to walk two feet behind a male...
So many freedoms we take for granted and dont blink an eye at....
Freedom is a gift, you know..when you've never had it. We cant appreciate it that way because we've never been without it.
Sadamm Hussein tortured and oppressed thousands of people!!! Dumped massive bodies in ditches......and in your mind taking him out of power was the biggest crime Bush has committed?
Geeze, the democrates love rolling around with these lofty ideals floating like smoke from their peace pipes in their heads. They puff and puff - they care about all the world and all its people.... But what do they ever really "DO" that enforces a change for the better for anyone? Nothing. Just talk, write documents, and spin round in circles about outdated diplomatic philosophies.
We took an extreme measure to counter an extremist regime. Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Saudi, they all 'were/are' harboring terrorists and funding for them. We may not have won 'this war' but this country has to have put a damper on future terrorist threats by invading those cells and making it harder for them to pull off more attacks. If they choose to attack anywhere globally, it will now be that much harder for them to pull it off, or at least to move more covertly than before. For you to deny any success in our doing that at all is unrealistic and visionless. And - its an extreme ingratitude toward our military forces. Thats what these men and women have died and suffered for. It may take 20-30-50 years to see any fruitition from this invasion. But even our own civil war did not produce the desired results of equal rights (and that still being questionable) until 20 years or more later.....
So if Kerry wins this election - he is just going to inherit the same thing the current government is faced with now. (I dont know why you guys think he is going to ride in like the white knight and fix everything like magic.) imo, it's going to take some serious stepping in some smellie sh* -- not just pandering and 'talking' about how benevolent and diplomatic the United of States we are. (But then that kind of takes the joy outta puffen em peace pipe that these extremists want no toke or part of.)

Neroter, don't be so naive.
For every tiny little accomplishment in Iraq and Afghanistan Americans pay throught the nose and will be paying for for 30, 40, 50 years and what do WE get out of it????????
NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are we safer ....F---NO!
You say, "If they choose to attack anywhere globally, it will now be that much harder for them to pull it off, or at least to move more covertly than before"
What a LAUGH! Do you honestly believe that???? Boy have they got you duped
Then you say, "Geeze, the democrates love rolling around with these lofty ideals floating like smoke from their peace pipes in their heads. They puff and puff - they care about all the world and all its people.... But what do they ever really "DO" that enforces a change for the better for anyone? Nothing. OH, sorry, neroter are you really as uneducated as linda??? You sure don't know anything about history if you think this is true....pitiful.....read first sentence of my last post.

I think most people are realistic enough to know that Kerry will not be the knight that will fix everything like magic.
But he is a new face to represent America worldwide. He is someone who will speak for at least half of the people who don't agree or approve of the way the war has gone from the beginning or the wrong path that Bush chose for America.
No, Kerry won't be able to "fix" this one......... it will take years, if ever, to do that. If he does get elected, I think he will be blamed by the neocons for anything and everything about the war, no matter what has happened in the past or what happens in the future.

As so many Democrats have stated here during the past allmost 4 years; if it happens on his watch then it has to be his fault.

Ya, Maggie, you bad girl! Go to Iraq, slaughter thousands and you will be saved!
Hear about the $136 BILLION DOLLAR tax breaks the REPUBLICANS just gave to the likes of Tiger Woods and NASCAR, and other huge corporations...is that a crime, not according to the F-ing Republicans who voted for it. ????????????

No maggie...I take plagiarizing to be a more serious offense. Especially since cf is always complaining about how the 'right' copies and pastes because they can't think for themselves. But...no need for wet noodles today...I'm sure anything you do is a-okay with cf. But it does let us see more into the maggie we're getting to know.

LOL maggie -
Well, Linda..it seems that you would rather skirt the issues by focusing on my C&P.. slick move
Would that be like you do too? Never answering questions put to the lefties here? pot-kettle-black
But..why is this such a big deal with you? you are the Queen of C&P on this board, and use the words of others the majority of the time
I don't plagiarize their words/articles...I always credit the author. I don't pretend their words are mine. And yes, I am now the queen of C&P who is also in competition to earn the longest sentence ever written. And I won the title of C&P queen from helen....who did so more than I until so many started saying it about me...that she's very much lessened up on her own C&Ps. And I see cf is in the running too....not only with C&P but using the same one over and over. There should be a catagory of KING/Queen for that too. Although right now she hold the crown for being the biggest proven liar here. So...maybe one person doesn't qualify to be in two catagories at the same time.
I notice that you did not address my last post with the link provided.. but rather dwell on the one I didn't provide the link for...
Would you believe that maybe I wasn't the least bit interested in your last post? And like I said...professional people really frown on plagiarism. But here....if a kerry supporter does it...EVERYTHINGS okay. No double standards here.
Oh, and before I forget..thank you for your interest in getting to know me better! I am sure you will learn to love me as everyone else does... Maggie
The truth of the matter is HERE, on these boards, all it takes to be 'loved' is to be a kerry supporter...nothing more. Well.....maybe those who are the most sarcastic are also appreciated [loved] by the lefties too.

That's not true Linda. Some people aren't fussy about Kerry either but feel that anyone would be a better leader than Bush. That's why I feel he has a good chance of winning - not because he'll make a terrific President, but because he's seen as being the better alternative.
P.S. Don't listen to her Maggie. I disagree with everyone here yet am still loved by all.

You are loved, KD, because you don't act the same way towards others...and you don't post opposing opinions that get them all fired up...and act as maggie has just done.

Closer to the truth, Linda - I'm loved because nobody reads my posts.
Kiara, Linda's just intimidated by your U.S. political knowledge. I suppose if some hot shot American knew more than we did about Canada, we'd feel intimidated too.
