Twelvepole used to be a pretty regular guy. I don't know what's happened over the last few years but he definitely had some bad kool-aid or something. Too bad. eBay alternatives

twinsoft - So does this mean now that you believe the UNPROVEN accusation crowfarm has put out to slander twelve and his ebay/vendio business?
Are you taking the 'word' of someone who has posted ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF of any wrong doing on twelve's part? And won't even admit he/she could have been wrong?
I, for one, certainly hope you don't. Nothing's been proven and crowfarm has lied before...this isn't a first for him/her.

And linDUH has certainly reacted quite strongly, vociferously, and often on this subject which shouldn't concern her at all.
She says I want attention and then keeps posting . Very strange behavior .....hmmmm
Wonder why this would bother her so much....very strange since no one accused HER of anything.......defending vigorously someone who doesn't even post here anymore.....or do they?

But I feel SO STRONGLY that we cannot allow ANY ebay/vendio user, be they buyer or seller to be constantly accused of wrongdoing...ANYTHING that could possibly hurt their livelyhood/business WITHOUT PROOF TO SUBSTANCIATE THEIR CLAIMS.
And that's exactly what has happened here....AGAIN. We, as board posters used to hold people to their statements...accusations...etc. No longer. Now some think they have the right to post unsubstanciated accusations against others....never prove it....and then just go on their way...never being held accountable for their destructive behavior.
You're DAMN right I feel strongly about this CF. What you've done is WRONG....TOTALLY unprofessional....and imo, unproven slander against another ebay/vendio seller.
You have absolutely NO credibility here, in my book, when you can continue to accuse others of wrong doing....then NEVER prove your accusations.

Linda, I don't really know anything about any feud, but from casual reading here, I'd say twelvepole is off his rocker. And that is a pity because I always liked his posts. If I caught only one side of the story, I'm sorry, but please don't fill me in on the details.

Why not post the WHOLE link kiara? There have been more than one - at least two different posters HAD accused you of 'checking into' their auctions. And I WASN'T one of them.

ONE poster accused me and others of checking out her auctions because of that stupid lamp thread a year ago and then she came back under another ID and you were all too eager to jump right on it with your insinuations.
Threats of auction interference have been going on for awhile now and it's most likely one reason fewer are posting here. Who needs the BS?

Kiara, nobody doubts someone screwed around with Crowfarm's auction. With a name like Twelvepole666 you would naturally assume it's Twelve, BUT after the accusation was made, where's the follow-up with the facts? Is it Twelve? Were the police involved? Is it being looked into? Why the silence if it's such a major deal??
Don't forget Kiara and Cheryl - Crowfarm also accused me and Classic of screwing with her auctions, so I hope you can understand why I'm not buying it.
Sorry Double but I can't agree with you about Kiara... but that's another story.

I hope crowfarm lets us know if she gets this problem taken care of. What does E-Bay do if someone messes with your auctions like that? Better question,what does a Seller do when that happens to you?

Sure, there's no doubt it was someone from here, masquerading as 12, but if they pay up, so effing what? There's no love lost between 12 and myself, so please don't take this as a defense of him. I'll give him credit enough to figure that if he really wanted to dick around with somebody on Ebay, he'd do it anonymously...unless of course he's completely lost it, which isn't beyond imagining. The Sybil idea is intriguing too, especially now with Crowfarm's silence.

Well, here's what you appear to be blind to.
A poster "twelve" who has a habit of wishing posters , dead, designing their coffins, and threatening to show up for a face to face who seems to have a special problem with me.
Then I get five auctions bid on by "someone" with a twelve and 666 in their ID.
IT registered on March 13th, a week before the auctions ended,
ONLY bid on MY auctions,
has not replied to email,
has NOt bid on any other seller's auctions.
And to the jackasses who think it's my fault for using my seller ID, well, most of you think no one would ever stoop so low...at least that's what you said. Well, thanks for admitting that ONE of you IS that low.

Crowfarm, I don't think you're at fault for using your seller name, I think you're at fault for thinking you can come to the RT and accuse people of being liars, nazis, scumbags, etc., yet can't imagine one of them screwing with your auctions. Which is it? That doesn't make sense to me.

Since the bidder's not answering your emails, why haven't you pulled personal contact information? And, if you have, why haven't you posted it here? We'd love to know who did this.

I understand what you’re saying but still think it’s crazy that some seem to have difficulty separating a chat board from real life, no matter what the comments are, and that they have to take that next step.
When I signed up here years ago I used an ebay ID because I was naive enough to believe that I'd be dealing with other professional adults. Though there was no RT in those days and I mostly lurked, I found out the mentality of some that came to the boards and I realized if I was ever going to post here that it was best to change my ID.
I don't naturally assume it could be twelve, it could even be a lurker.
I guess the moral of this story is that if you post with your real ID never say anything that offends or contradicts the beliefs of another, take all the abuse thrown at you and suck up to everyone in case someone goes over the deep end.

Profe, If I pull their info then they get mine. No Way! You don't give psychos your address.
(And people who get upset by being called a name in a chat room are psychos. I have been called MANY names in here and never once cared, or thought of "retaliating".)
They either have to pay by Paypal or send the payment to an old PO Box I have in another town that I got a few years ago when our neighborhood was having problems with mail theft. But I don't really expect to see any payment.

No Crowfarm, I only believe if the bank gets robbed, they accuse the correct robber of the crime, as mentioned 10 times previously.
