No Krafty - It's not just people that are on the far right, it's anyone that disagrees with Peepa at all. I guess you missed where I was labeled as uncaring, humanity hating or whatever the diatribe of the day was for having the gall to disagree, using logical arguements and not digress into name calling.

Dang it and I missed it all. I had a very enjoyable day with my Daughter, Son-in-law and two beautiful granddaughters.

kraftdinner, you have it wrong. I don't "hate" and have never used that word. Hate is a key word Linda K uses often when she is exposed for the liar she is. I very much dislike and disrespect people with Linda K's mind set. I believe Linda K is a phony, greedy,self-serving,liar that does not have the well being of all America at heart. I believe that people like Linda K and a couple others on this board are the hate filled people not me. I can not appreciate people of their mind set.
Kraft you asked me, "do you know people that are diabolically opposed to you politically?" Sure I do and many of those people are friends of mine for a lot of years.

bigpeepa but I doubt that you talk with them like you do here? That is the difference. When you are face to face with someone I bet you don't ask the same questions in the same way. Do you talk about polls day to day? No, face to face with someone you have know for years is a different story.
You post articles here and most of the time you never debate them. When someone comes in and questions you, you never answer them. That is the difference. Face to face you cannot walk away like you can here.
You don't know Linda or I and you call us the extreme right but you really don't know our position because when we try to answer you or show you another post you don't like it.
I think you are an extreme left, but I bet you don't think so. It works both ways.

My original post in this thread was not meant as humor and the only reasons why this thread didn't go poof with all the rest are because Vendio saw what I was trying to do, they called my bluff and as far as the personal info contained within it, well that info had allready been disclosed, so why poof this thread as well.
I'll admit that some of my latter posts were meant as humor and I'll agree with Cheryl that I don't want to see Bigpeepa go anywhere also because for me he's a good source for humorous material. Come to think of it so was Crowfarm and Maggie.
I have lots of friends that are politically on the left and I assure you that I talk to them the same way that I do here, that's no joke.

Cheryl, I am not going away. What people like Linda K don't realize is they are in a very small minority like a few cancer cells in an otherwise healthy body. I am out to expose these few cancer cells an stop them from growing.
Libra63, I post articles for board members to read and become informed. I also expose people that lie. You yourself know that I often say something like these words about my posts, "don't believe people like Libra63 or me." I ask the board readers to get informed and trust what they believe the truth is.
Libra63, recent polls show a lot of Americans are becoming better informed about this White House and its Republican controlled Congress.
About the way my friends and I discuss issues face to face. LOL. I am sure you as a nice old grandmother wouldn't like to hear some of the graphic words we use.
This is just an observation, but Linda's name has been mentioned here a couple of times and she has not chimed in as usual when someone mentions her name. Neither has Maggie or CF. I am assuming the three of them are suspended. But, I could be wrong. They could be just taking a break from the mess of yesterday - a probably well needed break!
Like you, I took one as well and spent the day with my family. What a group they are!

Sorry Bigpeepa, I didn't mean to use the word hate. I know you don't hate anyone.
I just see Linda being a political scapegoat all the time because she likes Bush. Is her liking for Bush the sum of her personality?... because that's the way she's treated. Take Crowfarm now - she's far left (so am I) and because of that, everything else she says is accepted because of her political stance. Linda's outnumbered politically here, so everything else she talks about is considered crap because she's far right. In other words, everything she posts is doomed because of where she stands politically... that goes for Libra, Bear, Yellow and all the others on the right.
She's been constantly stalked and told that she likes Nazi's, torturing children, etc., yet nobody backs anything up. This happens day after day after day. How would any of you feel if someone did that to you, whether you "deserved" it or not?
Geez, if we don't find the good in people we dislike, what does that say about us?

"It's" congress? I'm still trying to figure out how the congress "belongs" to the White House. I would ask for clarification but I assume I would be told not to believe the answer.
My opinion (which is neither the truth nor a lie, it is simply...uhhh....an opinion) is that I rarely agree with anyone all the time. Whenever this board isn't engaged in romper room activities (which is becoming rarer and rarer these days), I'll find myself agreeing or disagreeing with people based on the issue, not based on that person's political affiliation. I sometimes agree with Linda and get this, I sometimes agree with Helen.
But hey, you keep up the fine work, Peepa. Exposing opinions as lies is noble work.

If posters on this board knowingly engaged in the telling of lies then others wouldn't take them seriously and they would be shunned by all. Do YOU, Bigpeepa really believe that others are deliberately telling lies?? Because if you do then you are badly mistaken. Just because some here don't take the same stance on certain issues as you, does not mean they are lying, it just means that they have a different point of view.

Crowfarm started a thread that only lasted as long as one page refresh and then it was gone but in her thread she stated that she was leaving. So she and Maggie may have just left together rather than being suspended. As for Linda, if she hadn't been suspended then she would be here to at least let us know that she wasn't suspended and Twelvepole, I don't know, I think that maybe he just hasn't posted in a while but I don't know if he's been suspended.
Maybe they all started their own chat board somewhere and they aren't inviting us to join.

Libra, I am sorry you missed it. Immature as 1st graders, but for all the pickin and pushing buttons crowfarm does at you, I am sure you would have enjoyed the hysteria in a perverse sort of way.
And I agree with kraft, in that I think Linda just had enough of it. (Months and months of crowfarm dogging her every post with personal insults, and never missing a day at it, no matter what the thread topic, too.) So she posted her first name, which is not too cool if one chooses not to disclose that, but its also not like posting her entire name. The whole mess that ensused looked like it was destined to go past any good protocol from there. So I am not surprised the threads were pulled.

Wow,I didnt know that. But I agree, classic. That is waay messed up! It only shows though there is no distinction in posting here or any safety net on the internet. As someone who had my auctions trashed because of people playing games here, I actually feel bad for crowfarm for this. But I am sure she will bounce back with her selling business - she is a tuff cookie and ebay will take care of that mess if she asks them to remove all that. Really is disturbing to see that.
I dont know that I will post over her anymore myself. Thought this board was for "smart" sellers - not sellers out to destroy each other.
edited to add: I dont think it was Linda that trashed her auctions. This whole thing really bothers me now after seeing her fb. People should apply some "do unto others as you would have it done unto you" on these boards.

I agree that messing with someone's auctions is apprehensible and especially from someone who used to tout how against that kind of activity they were. We still don't know for sure it was who she said it was, but there were far too many coincidences to not give it thought. It was a childish way to handle a grievance with someone.

Linda's out numbered politically here? I think it's about even. I don't see her as a political scapegoat. Don't know where that came from. She could dish it out pretty well herself. She no longer had Helen to lay into, so she chose CF. She soon found out CF could handle herself as well or better than Helen.
I can't see Linda voluntarily leaving the board. I can't see Twelve doing that either. Anymore than I can see CF or Maggie just leaving. Those are four strong posters!

Because Cheryl we weren't here. It was getting bad when I left for the day and sometimes we have to step back and stop the mess that is going on. I had a great Easter Sunday. I try and step back a couple of times during the week. I take a day off or two at a as this plays on you mind when someone says you are always wrong.
No one has a right to mess with auctions and if someone messed with auctions, then bringing it to this board was wrong and they should have invested their time in trying to reverse it as I am sure it can be done as eBay frowns on that. I would have been on the horn to eBay immediately the next day. I wouldn't have said anything in here because it didn't belong in here. We wouldn't have known a thing if it wasn't brought to our attention because I never look at feedback. Feedback doesn't mean much to me as people can change. I give buyers a chance no matter what.
Well I have mega auctions to mail so see ya later.
Well the same could be said for crowfarm Cheryl, she couldn't see both sides of the spectrum either as most of us can't be badgering all the time doesn't help.
