The point you are missing is this.
I did my best to keep all of this in house. I did my best by emailing George and phoning him and participating in chat room discussions in the cafe regarding these problems.
But George did not want to listen...so don't ask me if I care...because at this point I'm burned out from the fight and no longer do.
You guys need to ask George if he really cares.
Why? Because if he did he wouldn't be in the mess he is in...he wouldn't have sided up with people like Donald Dayer.
Quit defending BidBay, read the SEC filing especially the part about Donald Dayer and then get back to me.

OK I read over the sec And yes it seems as though Mr Dayer may have gotten his hands dirty.. but what exactly does this have to do with the fact that you continually try and destroy this company by bad mouthing it to anyone who will listen? Why is this so personal to you? Either the company will thrive or it will fall. The purpose of my last post was not to defend BidBay but to question why you felt so compelled to destoy it? I dont understand such negativity without alterior motives so I thought I should ask
And if your whole theory that bidbay will fail is based upon Mr Dayers activities.. I doubt that considering how many people are getting away with white collar crimes these days.

No I never said that this makes it right
my question to him was why he was taking this so personally. And the point I was making was that many companies survive white collar crimes I do not know the specifics of the case in which Mr Dayer is involved in nor do I hold stock in BidBay. And if the company survives or fails will have little to do with this persons crimes or auction galleries continued attempts at sabotage or slander.

Man, I opened up a can of worms with this post...and all I was concerned for were the people who sold legitimate stuff for Bidbay Bucks...I just didn't want these people to be stuck with funny money...That's all

What have I said that is false and damaging or false and malicious?
