My major in school was psychology so I know all about projection, Linda.
Before you proceed to lie about the reason for my suspension...I was suspended 2/16/02 for making the following statement....
HJW said to PLSmith, "As you may note, I don't give a _-u-c-k-i-n-g dam about what anybody thinks about what I say anymore. I refuse to suck up to anybody here or anybody's friend."

But I understand, helen, that while it's a leftie 'joke' here that the righties are the sheep...LOL...it's the lefties, like yourself, who are following each other around in a group, assuming something you have no knowledge of - and making the FALSE accusations.
It shows your lack of character.

So, linda...Tell us how you perceive your suspension. Was it fair in your opinion. Do you feel that it was deserved? Do you have a clue as to how to improve your behavior that led to your suspension?

That's a lie, Linda. I was not suspended when I called that poster an #*!@. My last post as HJW is the date that I was suspended when I made the statement that I linked above.

So your major in school was psychology huh? LOL Hasn't help you very much it appears. But I understand, theory is easier than application.
I've never seen phychologists that go around insulting people and swearing at them, putting them down. Don't they usually try to bring people out of depressions? What kind of psychologist you hanging with helen?

Apparently, suspensions are a waste of time because as far as I can see, your behavior is unchanged.

I never claimed to be a Psychologist, linda. I said that it was my major in undergraduate school.
But just for your edification, some Psychologists have a very colorful vocabulary.

You broached the reason for my suspension and I corrected your misconception about it. In turn, I've asked you several times to tell us the reason for your suspension...as you understand it. Maybe you should consider the statements that I have made to you more seriously.

Linda_K, I asked you a direct question on the other thread whether you reported Maggie and then I did follow-up posts shortly after but I think it went over your head because you were so into the 'respect' crap.

I didn't claim to have "all that education", linda. I simply pointed out that you don't have to try to define psychological terms to me because psychology was my major in college.
Then you ask about those I "hang with"? I've never used that expression..."hang with". My friends are good decent people -- I've honestly never known anyone like you if that is your question.
And I am aware of the community guidelines and I observe them carefully -- more carefully than you do as a matter of fact.. As I pointed out to you, calling names and saying swear words is innocuous compared to your snide innuendo, lies and character attacks.
There is the inference in your statement above that educated people don't belong on a chat board and that they don't use swear words or violate guidelines. You certainly have a distorted view of what educated people say and do.

As far as your education.....it doesn't impress me if it's even true. A person's educational level doesn't make the whole person. You spend your time here chatting just the same as I do...a less educated person. That's what I meant.
Being more educated does not give one HIGHER statis on a CHAT board when doing exactly what they [you] accuse others of doing. You often seem to feel the need to tell others of your 'skills'....like you were a teacher...now this was your major. I'm saying SO WHAT....education has NOTHING to do with your character....anybody's character. And we don't all have to like the same posters to realize others do....accept that as their right to FREE thought...unregulated by the 'thought' police here.

Give me a break, Linda! What skills are you talking about? Many people here have more education than I do. But when anyone mentions education you respond as if you are insulted. Character is a measure of many attributes including moral and ethical actions and reactions. One goal of education is to form good character.

I have just learned about an undeserved suspension by Vendio and I frankly don't feel like a group hug on this board which has become so tawdry ---crawling with long tailed rodents, nasty sex obsessed old farts and ignorance up the wazoo....a place where only the dim witted feel at ease.
So...your higher education doesn't appear to have helped you in that way either. And people not having a higher education DO learn how to treat others....they do develop character and learn to be civil to others...they don't get it from what they are taught in liberal schools...they get it from their families, their Churches, etc.

To be more clear for you helen...because of your personal eye/brain problem...I'll say it in a different way.
I said you having a higher eduation does not make your posts any better or of higher quality/character than anyone elses.
You have slummed with the best of us...although you usually appear to have a need to mention your education....it hasn't made your behavior/posts/civility any better than that of those you complain about all the time.
Just as your opening post shows. THAT is how you SAY you feel about the posters here....but you keep coming back for more. And you join in too...just as that post proves....you also join in and cheer for the lack of civility others show towards posters.
But then you put yourself, in your own mind, above others....I believe because you think you're more educated than they are. And I'm saying you're no better...no different...that those you berate here.
