Linda, how you perceive other people is problematic. Based on the number of complaints that have been stated here recently you have a faulty perception of how others think. Since you are so wrong so often it would be a good idea to keep your thoughts to yourself on this score.
Educated people generally have better understanding of others and more tolerance...not less, as you do.

Just a recap on Linda's irrational tirade above...
Linda was attempting to define a psychological term in another thread. Instead of getting involved in her use of the word, I simply mentioned that I did not need her definition since psychology was my major in school. She leaped from that statement to the outrageous conclusion that I thought that I was better than everybody else because I had so much education. ?????
Where did the concept..."so much education" originate? I offered NO information then on how much education I have. During the time that I have been posting here, I never offered such information.
She leaped to the conclusion that I think I'm better than everybody else and then she attributed that erroneous thought to the other erroneous thought that I have "so much education". But the craziest idea of all is when she wonders why educated people "land on a chatboard" as if that signifies failure and misuse of their academic credentials.
People can be educated in many ways not limited to formal education. Learning from life experience can be just as valuable and in many cases more valuable. My children have more formal education than I do. They don't think that they're superior to me or that they are superior to anyone based only on how much formal education they may have.

I didn't WONDER anything. Trying to broaden the scope of what I REALLY said again, helen? Not ALL educated people here....just YOU. Others here don't come across to me in the same 'higher-than-thou' way you do. It's not about them...it's not about 'all'...just you. And while you IMPLY you have academic credentials....so what....we've never seen them. You just brag about having gone to school to be a teacher...have studied this and that. Thank-you Crowfarm for pointing out that people can still be spiritual and fine human beings without the Bible story version of what God is. I know that Helen is an athiest and I haven't met a finer person. I think Libra's statement was awful.

Linda, I've said this before - I think you and Helen are very strong individuals so the "insults" you both throw at each other cancel each other out because they're both valid. As for insulting others, she's never insulted me. Who are you referring to?
