Blair made at least one trip that I know of. Maybe more. Libra, try reading more. It will improve your knowledge. BTW, Blair is not a Secretary of Defense or the Great Britain equivalent either. That didn't stop him. Bush is too cowardly to show his face in Iraq.

The sad, but telling, aspect of this thread is that, in spite of all the spewing and bloviating excreted by the Bushies, not one has addressed the issue of the article: mainly the Bush plan to stick a knife in the back of all the injured 9/11 heroes!
Of course, he may have other uses for the moola, such as an extra million or three for Terminator Tommy's Cockroach Museum in Sugarland, or, perhaps his kiss-kiss buddy Abdullah needs a few more millions??

I HAVE addressed your article, tom. It CLEARLY states WHY this money isn't going to be in the 2006 budget. A PROPOSAL that OUR CONGRESS will be the ones make the final call on...NOT this President.
Ever pay attention to how many budget proposals ANY president suggests that DON'T go the way they suggested? guess not...

Tomwiii...That statement is false. Several here, including Crowfarm, Kiara, Cheryl, Libra and myself have addressed the issue. Are you reading the thread? Between the efforts of the right to divert attention from this issue, which is embarrassing to their president, you will find our comments. I touched on your ‘rage’ comment being directed at some of us because you’re the one writing in bold and caps, punctuated with insane smilies, raging on in every topic until you have a meltdown.
If you actually thought I meant for a second that you should stop doing it.... well, I didn’t because you’ve been raging here for years and you’re getting worse by the day as it gets more difficult for you to defend Bush. I understand that’s a HARD JOB to do.
What else is there to remember? With the exception of the plastic turkey blooper it was a successful photo-op for your president, in keeping with his cowboy image...being whisked away from Washington D.C in the middle of the night to land in a war zone for a quick turkey display and then up, up and away to get the hell out of there as fast as possible. Nevermind that his visit might endanger the troops or planes in the air...Cowboys go with their gut feelings.
