in Auction Amigo, when you create an auction to post, you can enter the shipping amount there. Also, when the auction ends, you can enter it in the Task Manager under Enter Payment Info.
I have deleted a couple of posts because they contained links to services competitive with AW's. Discussing competitive sites and services in a non promotional manner is OK with us, but the CGs do not allow links or URLs (partial or otherwise) to be posted.

I know this may be a little late but I ran into the same problem. You wouldn't happen to be Canadian would you? It's a problem that has to do with a difference in how ebay handles Canadian accounts. The tech support at Invenna was excellent. They emailed a patch to me in record time. If you can't get one from them email me at:
