I am still concerned about your line
"Please see my other auctions for more beautiful clothing and shoes"
If the auctions is not for shoes, it violated ebay's spam policy, because if a person is searching for a shoes or shoe* they will get all of your auctions pulled up in the search. That may sound good, but it is really spam.
Ebay is getting really sticky on this.
A friend of mine sells Disney pins. In an auction for a Mickey Mouse pin she stated, please see my other auctions for Minnie & Donald pins.
She was cited for spam since the part about Minnie and Donald had nothing to do with the actual auction it was in.

Kelly- I reposted my new reworked TOS yesterday, and based on your earlier suggestion, I HAVE removed the word "shoes" from that line.
Maybe you didn't notice my change, but it now says:
"Please see my other auctions for more beautiful clothing."

I think everyone and most clothes manufacturers have different ideas of what is a 2x, 3x, etc. If the tag says one thing but I believe it to be another, I'll put a range in the title. Then in my description I'll say something like the tag says xx, but I think it's a xxx, please check the measurements. And I always put measurements in the description right under the size.
Not to doubt Maui, but in my mind a 54" bust would be a 2X, but I still would have read the measurements! I always do and if they're not stated I either move on or ask, my money is too important to waste ya know? It's a shame that your winner didn't do that, I wish more would read the whole ad.
I also don't accept returns. My line is "Please bid carefully and ask questions as all sales are final." So far, knock on wood, I haven't had any major problems. I did have one customer gripe about a pair of Wrangler jeans he won, about them not having the W on the back pockets. I didn't know there was a difference (I'm not a guy ) and I had a picture of the back in the auction. He gave me a positive because as he said "you didn't false advertise." It was simply a case of he didn't look closely at the pictures.
I'll admit, I have gotten impulsive a few times and didn't ask. But I swalled my lumps and just resell them (usually at a loss because I won't gouge my customers just to make a profit on those). I just did notice today that one I'm reselling I could have sent back for a refund for fit, oops. But it's been awhile so I'll just sell it.
Ok, now that I've rambled on entirely too long , here's a tip shared by my mom. On long sleeves, measure from the back center of the neck, across the top of the sleeve to the cuff. Then to compare to yourself, measure from back center of your neck, over top of shoulder, under elbow which is bent at 90 degrees, to wrist. It's far more accurate than just measuring from the shoulder seam or the underseam as you never know if it's a dropped shoulder, how dropped or how big/small it may fit, etc. Trust me, I tried it and it works much better and both Mom and I are tall with long arms so it's important to us. I don't measure all my items like that because I don't have the room to lay them down, but will be happy to if asked!

Update on the gal that neg'd me. She emailed this morning and said she couldnt sleep and felt bad and wished she didnt do it. It doesnt take the pain away of getting the neg (my second ever), but whats done is done now and all we can do is move on and learn from it. I will email her in a bit and tell her the same. I feel bad that she stressed about it so much, so maybe it will alleviate it a bit.
I am not a 3X, but the gal I sold the clothing for is. She said a bust of 54 to 56 is considered 3X, so thats what I have been going along with for 2 years, since other customers told me the same thing. I think 2X is up to size 16-18. Im a size 14, and I go with what my customers tell me in sizes larger than that. Size 22-24 is considered 3X also. Anything over 60-64 inch bust is 4X and up (like caftans or poncho tops made from sarongs). I never go with label size anyway, since different designers go by different methods of sizing. Another reminder for customers is that sellers normally measure the fabric demensions...so Bust of 38 does NOT mean Bra size 38. I say that in my policies and ABOUT ME page. I know what it feels like to NOT read carefully...I bid on what I thought was a video movie (Quest for Fire) and after winning, what I got in the mail was the SOUNDTRACK. I didnt say a word...I just paid for it, and resold it at a loss, lol. My fault because I didnt READ

Speaking of not refunding... I always post the exact measurements as well. However, that doesn't always help...
I had a T-shirt that was cursed, went thru 2 deadbeat bidders. I relisted again one day when my roommate and nephew were there, and all three of us witnessed the measurements.
I measured the length of the shirt as being from top of tag on collar to bottom of shirt. The person I sold it to complained that the shirt was four inches shorter than I said, and wanted to return it. SHe had a digital camera, so I asked her to take a picture of a measuring tape next to the shirt to show me. She was measuring from the bottom of the front of the collar to the bottom of the front. I emailed her links to several sites that show length is measured the way I measured it. I told her she'd be better off reselling it, and that I'd refund the bid price but not the shipping if she wanted to send it back to me. She told me she'd just use it for a rag to wash her car. Her choice.
