Hello there ya'all. I just got the Paypal letter about business accounts and revised my few listings which have not bids, removing all Paypal references. I am signed up on Paydirect and ready to insert the logo, thanks to all the tech savy and helpful people on this board. Yahoo is a big boy and seems to less touchy & possessive so they will likely be most reliable. Best of all, they don't help much but I've never seen them intrude! just do their thing and keep everything humming the way I like it.
Last year, I did a fair amount of listings with Yahoo when Ebay had their troubles and found that the entire payment processing system worked beautifully, faaaast and smoooooth. I've already received payment on one auction via Paydirect. Would like to do more and looking into the limits.
However, when I check the Paydirect terms of service, the one future hitch I found was that you are limited to moving $10,000.00 of funds out of your account to your credit card or bank account every 180 days... right, total of $10,000. within 180 days. Presumably, you can pay other people on top of that limit. They also limit the amount of money you can transfer into your Paydirect account, $1000.00 / 30 days.
This does constitute a limit. Anyone running up against the limit yet? Maybe the whole thing is too new. Anyway, I'd like to read opinions on the limits.

Hello everyone, hope the long weekend was good for sellers & buyers alike, and that Paydirect is working well. I'm switching over and it has been smooth.
Question to you experts... doesn't Yahoo take Amex? It can be a big advantage to Amex users.
