Yes, I read the post you've shared....but that wasn't the original one....THAT one you edited. After you said classic asked you not to speak for him or mention his name while he was gone.
Funny why you'd have ANY problem at all with me clearing this up with CLASSIC.

I asked a question of CLASSIC...not you. So YOU'RE the one who's making a mountain out of a mole hill.....not I.
Secondly....yes, I do see your backpeddling statement from the original comment you made....imply something CLASSIC SAID.
And let's get something straight here, maggie....It was classic that asked you not to speak for him or made mention of him. HE did NOT ask me to stop it...he asked YOU to.
Learn your lesson for once and stay out of what's not your business. THIS is but one case of your NEED to butt into a conversation between two other posters. A very bad habit imo...speaking for others.

But the sad thing for you helen is I don't CARE what others on other boards say about me. I don't have the same emptiness in my life that you appear to have...in needing to spend your whole live reading multiple chat boards.
And again....another typical ultra-liberal confused between the difference of one's self-esteem and something totally different.....a person speaking a LIE and impying ANOTHER person said it. But sadly I have no expectations of your ability to tell the difference.

Few people have a problem recognizing your lies, linda. I certainly don't.
What difference does it make if I choose to read another board...whicn takes 20 minutes or read this one as you apparently do, 24/7.
I have other projects going on. Besides, I can't imagine anything less enjoyable that reading your crap all day long.

Linda, thank-you for the article on abortion. Obviously, he's against it, but at least he acknowledges that abortion isn't the real issue, it's what leads up to it... lack of education, lack of birth control, etc. Until these things are addressed, abortion will continue.

Kraft, I think that Carter realized that just because he personally was against abortion he was smart enough to know that politicians shouldn't legislate their own religious beliefs onto other Americans.
Maybe he also realized that if abortion were illegal only the rich would be able to have them...

I agree Mingo. I think he's a good example of how a person can be religious AND have common sense. A quality that's lacking with the majority, imo.
I also like how he realizes science and religion are 2 separate issues and how stupid it is for people to try and mix them together.

I asked to be SURE....I had no way of knowing what you say in private email to maggie. Often different people 'imply' things here that aren't necessarily true. I like being sure. So...thank you.
She did not imply I had said that about you either.I assume you must have either read it,or taken it the wrong way.
Well...I saw her un-edited statement....and IMHO she did imply you had said that to her about me. THEN when I made my statement to her about not believing what she'd said....she edited it. No reason to edit if she didn't decide AFTER her SECOND statement about something you'd also said...made you decide to ask her not to speak for you.
So...we'll just agree to disagree on this one. She, imo, was using you as her 'backup' to slam me. Always needs support from others on her statements....so she's not the only one taking that position.

Yes, I did see two different times she was quoting something you said. One was about me and that's why I wanted to clear it up.
All cleared up now....you didn't say that about me....and that's the info. I was seeking. Thanks.
