Most Certainly Linda, but then I'm a lucky one. I did find the perfect man for me about 5 years ago.

Before then I was perfectly content living on my own, only needing the occasional man to do the heavy lifting (and some heavy petting, lol).

And DB and KD, I have to concur with Helen on that subject. My closest friends were always men. I didn't care for all the superfluous fluff of girl talk, ie; hair clothes, kids, house work, men, etc.

But my life was not complete until I found the RIGHT kind of girl friends to share my most inner thoughts with.

Men make good friends because they appear to be listening. The right women make the best friends because they've "been there, done that" and survived. There is an emotional wholeness that can not be achieved until a woman finds a female friend so share her secrets with.

For me, finding a man or finding a friend always had the same requirement. They have to be someone I can really trust and I don't trust too easily.

Hang in there Linda, there really is the right man for you out there and he is looking for you.

Just don't settle for less before you find him!

BBBWWWaaWWk!! cLUCK...linda, it's a yes or no answer...if you can get your mind off your lack of men for a second you could answer it

No, helen.....it's there in her OWN words. And it wouldn't have made one bit of difference had I been doing the same thing, teasing as you say, you still would have had a 'field day' with that one. And you HAVE done JUST that in the past, when I HAVE said something in a teasing manner. You've been ALL OVER IT. That's what made it so clear you aren't doing the same to her right now. Try and fool someone else, helen, I've had your number for way too long.

-----------------

Thanks, Lt. Ray. I guess I'm just beginning to realize how differently things are now-a-days than they were all those years ago.

I had the BEST...and it will be hard to find anyone with all his great qualities....IF I ever do. But I think for me, like many who've been alone for a long period of time...you get lonely and miss all you had, in every aspect of a loving relationship...and seek it out to be happy once again.

I used to hear the saying 'you'll kiss many frogs before you find your Prince'....or something like that. Didn't mean a thing to me when I had my 'Prince'....but now it appears to be more true than I realized.

I'm really happy that you found a life-mate and that you appear to realize just how blessed you are to have that 'special man' in your life Truly.

I see you still are too yellow to answer simple questions but would rather research posts you believe to be by me

Well, YOU don't have anything else to do........at ..peace.....

Lt, because men are less critical (a broad generalization, but notably true in most cases) and are therefore much easier to get along with. now that is especially true if you are a woman that doesnt take kindly to critisim well.

Another thing is they dont care as much or at least give the outward appearence of emotionally investing in that much. So you get to be as much of an nag, an idiot -whatever, and they still love you. Whereas women go: what am azz she is and summarily dismiss you into that abyss for life!

Linda, Your nasty twist on Crowfarm's intent is only standard operating procedure for you.

Have fun kissing old frogs or young frogs...whatever... You might want to explore why frogs are so attracted to you.

LOL!

helen - Is this ANOTHER one of those times when you CLAIM, falsely, that you don't DEFEND, stand-up for nor support MT/CF/LB?

You always deny it when I say it's true....your actions in the past....but I've come to expect your lies.

No....you're not acting differently ....you're not defending CF/MT/LB RIGHT NOW... nope....not according to your warped, twisted way of seeing things.

Do you kiss your husband helen? Do you spend any time with him at all? Is he so much older than you that you choose just to ignore him and post here 24/7? You worry about your OWN frog.

Truth bothering you again, MT? They're your own words from the "Most Hatefilled Poster" thread that was posted here within the last two days. While re-reading that thread....your words were right there.

YOUR WORDS....the poor one is not me, but rather one who tries to make it appear she didn't say that herself...and someone else is lying.

LindaKKK in your shriveled , lonely , desperate state, you have lost whatever reading ability you did possess:

""Really got to you....ya, linda I really have a plastic husband....believe anything you want....but my winter will be a whole lot warmer than yours
""

See, just for you I admitted I have a plastic husband...there...feel better
Now, you can go back to throwing yourself at the men in here (and if THAT isn't desperate, I don't know what is)

""OH. Colin, I think you're such a handsome man...."" HeeHee....

Oh, Bear....
Oh, Ron......

As usual, in your own personal hell and your own demented mind....you come to those conclusions.

I've also told the ladies here how attractive they are when people share their pictures. Others have too....complimented both male and female posters here.

I can only imagine in your sick mind...that compliment means they're coming on to them too.

Your plastic husband is probably the one 'pretend' friend/lover/etc you have. I can't imagine anyone putting up with you. Maybe you have more than one 'imaginary' friend/husband.

Go annoy someone else....I've given you all the attention you're going to get from me today.

Oh....and on God's actions....as a atheist maybe you haven't read the Bible. But do read all the plagues God put on those he was angry with..for disobeying him. Inform yourself and stop being my shadow you poor pathetic thing....following a total stranger around on a chat board each and everyday. BEGGING for a crumb of attention....and making up more and more lies when I choose to ignore your garbage.

Talk about poor and pathetic...you're it.

ROFL LINDA!! Aint that the truth!!

I have yet to conclude if cf/mt is male female gay or something in between. But whatever gender it is, the mentality is about that of an 8 year old!

Sorry, linda, obviously you still can't answer simple questions....

following posters around ??....YOU brought up an inflatable husband in a thread unrelated to anything to do with that.

....you are getting a little defensive ""I've also told the ladies here how attractive they are when people share their pictures. Others have too....complimented both male and female posters here""

and can answer things like that...then...

you start in on the bible again and STILL can't answer a simple yes or no question !!

Does the god you love to quote advocate torture and genocide?

Pretty stupid reasoning to say if someone's an atheist they haven't read the bible...again your total lack of logic is so apparent.

Now quit following me around with your silly insults.....

go hug your non-inflatable husband

Linda, I've never had to kiss a frog. You brought up that problem which is only unique to you and something that you should investigate. Why are so many frogs being attracted to you?

BTW...Your "handsome man" is having his tail shellacked at OTWA. Could he be another frog, perhaps?

Well....dbl...whatever gender he/she/it is....it's been my shadow and has followed me around, daily, posting after each and every post I've made since she/he/it arrived here.....mentioning me in threads I don't even post to. Doing everything within her/his/it's power to get my attention. SICK obsession, if you ask me no matter the gender.

No, helen, it was from reading a review from a very vocal member of your party....well...I should correct that...of the dem party...that I pondered....as even a women who supposed 'has it all' posed the question. #*!@ to her if it so bothers you.

But I do notice how you didn't defend yourself when I, once again, called you on supporting your old bitter buddy here. It's one thing to not admit the truth of what you really do....another to actually tell lies about it.....as you continually do.

Why don't you give MT some of what she craves from me each and everyday....she's your 'bitter old buddy' here. Maybe you can give her the attention she craves from me.

When I support any other member of this board, linda it is because in my opinion they deserve support. In this case, I have simply pointed out your attempt to spin a humorous remark into a silly smear.

I'm really surprised at your estimation of the reading ability of those who post here, linda. They deserve more credit.

LOL...helen....you're getting slower and slower all the time.

I have no problem with you agreeing/supporting anyone on anything they say. It's the FACT that you continually DENY you do it when I say you do.

helen....that's called lying.

Now I'm off to change my hair color from red back to auburn.....maybe that's what's been attracting all those 'frogs' to me.

Hey! I've got a good idea. Go help your idea of a "handsome man", colin...

Dblf, you are a riot. I bet that you keep your husband in stitches with some of the stuff you come up with. I'll bet he's never strayed, not even once but then why should he go out for a gallon of milk when he's got a cow at home.

..just fallowing classic's lead, honey-pi (what he's talking about the artic, is beyond me. Maybe one day he'll care to explain that?) And pI, I might 'write' things joken around, but I dont visit too many porn sites (although I did hit on one yesterday - some russian thing looking for something else, and I think I had to run a cleaner like 5 times to get that stuff off my computer) so that is what I meant afraid to click your links. Most of those sites are notorious for d/l'ing junk to your computer.
