I find for every deadbeat that slips through the cracks, I have a hundred customers who love my stuff.
Repeat customers are like gold. I can't understand why any seller would wish alienate people who have so many choices about where they buy their stuff....
I guess there are those who can't function in any risk situation.
My policy is to assume that everyone is honest and forthright as I am, until evidence proves otherwise.
A lot of sellers should really play buyer for a while....and see how they like getting the TOS from hell treatment.
