Yeah, kraft, and you remind me of shirley temple on pcp. Puffin out your cheeks on your good ship lollypop.
But anyone with half a brain can read what your doing and saying here. Obviously that doesnt include yourself, though.
btw, I have never seen princecess bride so I have no idea to what you refer.

Also Linda, you've mentioned a few times about the games I'm playing and have been playing. What exactly are you referring to so I know what you mean?

Well, actually I can answer that question PI.
I happen to know "What and Who" God is absotively, positootly......
he's the 4th Mr.Muggins!
I know this without a shadow of a doubt, because from the very first time we did the nasty I saw stars and spontaneously cried out his name over and over and over again....Oh God...Oh God..Jesus..Oh God..Jesus..oh God

It's utterly unbelievable to me that anyone here could tell another person that their religious beliefs were wrong, or invalid, or "confused" simply because they don't fit into that person's set of beliefs. What prejudice, what bigotry.
I agree. It is utterly unbelievable to me also, profe51.

Oh yeah, 'what prejudic, what bigotry to point out that there is a distinct difference between praying and 'wishful thinking'.
GIVE ME A BREAK.
Yeah you too 'pray' that your favorite candy bar will be in the store when you go shopping and consider that the defination of prayer. NOPE....it's hoping for something, wishing for something....it's NOT called praying.
Praying is communication between one and their higherpower...their God.
What utter nonsense to believe or define it as praying.

Linda - for someone that complains about people mocking others religious beliefs, don't you think it's just a little hypocritical that you are now entering day 3 of chastising Krafty for hers?

An intelligent deaf-mute is better than an ignorant person who can speak.

ROFL!!
She's not chastising, she's saying call it what it is.
It's funny, for most of you, the dictionary is the all defining source and authority on other words - used as reference in any argument here, but just not THIS word.
Peter, oh profound professor...do let me know when you hear the cock crow three times...

It's kinda like you here, Helen..constantly referencing discussions from other boards, nonrelational to the topics posted here.
Why do you suppose youre doing that? And why do you think people here cannot read those boards for themselves if they were are inclined or interested to do so?

Linda, you have taken a quote out of context and twisted the meaning to suit your agenda again.
Actually, Profe said,
If you would go and do some reading by religious philosophers, for example Teilhard de Chardin, a catholic priest, or almost any other writer from almost any other faith, you will note quite readily that they all speak of a personal relationship with god. In other words, they all speak of an individual coming to his own, personal conclusions of what and who god is. This, in my opinion is the essence of sprituality, the essence of true religion. Prayer is personal, not something defined by a dictionary. What an apalling denigration of something so powerful. "It's utterly unbelievable to me that anyone here could tell another person that their religious beliefs were wrong, or invalid, or "confused" simply because they don't fit into that person's set of beliefs. What prejudice, what bigotry. Kraft has been called an atheist, when she clearly is not. Not to denigrate atheism either, a perfectly rational conclusion that many have come to."

Some here try to dictate our political beliefs and our board behaviour so why not our God or religion also?
If nothing else, it is always amusing to see their frustration at not being able to do so.

Of course, Ron, you are correct.
But we did have one poster here asking the difference between prayer and 'thoughts'.
I sure as heck don't want them to believe a wish or a thought is a prayer...
But you are right....those who don't know...never will...

Girl, you just so good at hitting the nail on it's head in most situations we read here.
