999 feedback comments left, of which 30 were negs. Would have been more but several were NARU before I could neg them. I have received two negs in retaliation from dead beat bidders.

Out of 885 FB I've left, 15 were negs - 13 for deadbeat bidders, 2 for reeeeeally lousy sellers. I've never received a retaliatory neg. I also noticed that all of the deadbeats I negged are now NARU.

Another interesting thing I noticed while scrolling through 36 pages of FB left... I saw a LOT of high-feedback users who are now unregistered. I looked at their FB and there were no (or very very few) negs. I guess a lot of good bidders/sellers have quit for unknown reasons.

"How many negs have you left that DIDN'T neg you back?"

Out of the 157 negs I've given, 9 have retaliated.

Out of 450 left, four are negatives; there would be a couple more, but they were NARU before I got the chance . . . .

I have 351 positives, no negatives. What you sell makes all the difference in the world. I sell books, and book buyers seem less likely to be deadbeats (I've only had six), and less likely to retaliate with a negative. Only one of the negs I left was to a seller.

6 negs

Those 6 were truely deadbeats. I've had other non payers but if they have a good excuse I won't leave one.

I've left 226 feedback's.
12 were negatives given to Customers who never paid. There would have been 2 additional negs. given, had they not been NARU'd first.
(I don't like leaving neg's !)
Many of them now have (-) feedback count or are no longer registered. ~ Deadbeat Bidders!~

I don't have any negs....but every time I leave a neg. ~I say a prayer that I won't get one in return!

I've had wonderful success as a buyer! The sellers have been fantastic!

ExecutiveGirl : Thank you! Neat link!!

Hi feceseater!

Any relation to fecalfacial, fudgepacker and fudgepackcity?

Let's see, I bet it will take the moderator until about 5:00 PM PST to nuke your ID.

I also predict you will be back with another name about 10 minutes after that event.

Did you have problems during your potty training?

Huh. None. None? I can't believe it. Out of 537 postives left -- got 353 back. However, out of three transactions on another site (OK to mention eHammer?) several years ago, I left one negative. I must have wonderful buyers, an occasional late sender, a few excuses, but never (knock on whatever is handy) until now (yes!) a total silence. About to file for credit for first item ever.

As of this moment I have received 1964 feedbacks of which only 9 are negatives, 7 negatives retaliatory from deadbeats.

On the other hand, have left 53 unique negatives all for non-paying bidders (78 negs total, some of this dopes bid on multiple items!), so not many actually retaliate, even if they did, I really firmly believe in alerting people to bad bidders.

What I did find interesting is the very large percentage of these deadbeats which are now NARU!! Guess they couldn't change their cheatin' ways!

SEVERAL of the NEGS I left now have a negative rating or are NARU'd also.

It would be nice if ebay would delete all the feedbacks these deadbeats left (especially the NEGS they left in retaliation). Just doesn't seem fair that we have to live with all those retaliatory negs!

I've left 48 pages of feedback, so I'm going to go through all of that, but I'd guess about 10 to 15.

ExecGirl

I see, I didn't scroll down far enough. I've left more than I remembered. 19 total in almost two years. They all deseved it except for one. I negged him for never sending payment from Brazil. Guess what? He mailed the payment just like he said, only it took three months to get here! No kidding.

I sent his money back and gave him a free item, apologized profusely, etc. but it wasn't enough. I wish I could have erased that one.

Neat website by the way. I can really use that.

susiegirl:

Good for you! I believe in leaving negs for every single deadbeat - no matter how many times they deadbeat on you! I recently had a customer who was a repeat bidder in the past - was a great customer, too. This time around she deadbeated on 6 of my auctions and she had several negs for doing the same thing to other sellers. I gave her almost 2 months to repay. I finally left her negs for each transaction and filed FVF on each one. She is now NARU'd also.
