Hi Candi,
I have been using U-Pic for several months now and love it. Such a time saver!
Question I have is... Fed Ex Ground is trying to give UPS ground a run for their money and have found that they are cheaper to ship by.
Will U-Pic also cover shipments by Fed-Ex Ground? And if so, would the rates be the same as UPS? Do we just add to our list that we shipped via Fed-Ex Ground?
Any information would be helpful as I have about 6 boxes that I was going to try out with Fed-Ex ground but thought I should check with you first.

Hi Debbie,
Thank you for the compliments. Yes, we can insure your Fed-Ex shipments as well.
Just e-mail me your u-pic account name, (I have a couple of Debbie's!), and I will have Fed-Ex added on to your policy. Your rate for Fed-Ex is .25 per $100 for domestic.
We can insure for any carrier - just make sure they are added on to your policy.
Have a great week. I am glad you are satisfied with our programs

Before I started using U-Pic my main concern was the claims process. After all, that's the true test of an insurance company. All of them can accept premium payments with the greatest of ease
Well, I submitted a claim to U-Pic less than 2 weeks ago. Today I received a check.
I use the pre-paid stamp program. When I want to insure something it takes me 10 seconds to enter the item number on my log sheet. Then, at the end of each month I spend about 3 minutes adding the stamps to the log and then send it in.
Using U-Pic combined with printing my own postage, I don't waste time in the post office line anymore.

Thanks for all the help...
When I just attempted to register, there was a continual error message.
Finally, it directed me to contact administrator.
Even after reviewing much of the site, I'm still confused...but, then I have a small head and thing fall out...

It's not your fault thepriest. U-PIC's site is confusing. The U-PIC folks, however, are great at explaining the programs and steering you to the right one.
