I've had Canadian friends and my husband worked for Canadians, with Canadians and some worked for him.
Lindak drags out that same sentence each time she thinks she's qualified to speak about Canada.
"HAD" is the most notable word in that sentence. Things have changed in the past 30 to 40 years.

And waiting for emergency care is exclusive to Canada? Apparently this person never spent much time in an emergency room. I've waited the better part of a day for care - in the U.S.!
