Classic, from what I've heard & read, he was in "shock" after finding his wife & baby, so he fled home where it was safe after he was unable to kill himself with his FIL's gun. He owed a lot of money, so I guess he's saying these people killed them, but if the bullets didn't match up, I doubt they would have arrested him. (??)

Kraft-Im sure the authorities in Mass had enough evidence to indite him,or they wouldnt be bothering to extradite him.Whether he actually gets convicted (aka O.J.Simpson) is another story.

Also heard he was running scams on the internet including Ebay.

Kraft, I hadnt read that but I'm also sure he would blame their deaths on anyone but himself.

And now this appears:

Entwistle denies killings, prosecutors unveil sex theory: Court papers reveal problems with sex life
By Dave Wedge and Jessica Heslam
Saturday, February 11, 2006 - Updated: 10:01 AM EST

Neil Entwistle’s downward spiral from doting dad and happy husband to jailed accused killer stemmed not only from mounting debt, but also from sex problems with his wife - intimate details he may have revealed in cyberspace, according to explosive new court documents and a source.

In addition to owing “tens of thousands of dollars” to creditors, the 27-year-old unemployed high-tech worker “recently expressed a dissatisfaction with his sex life,” prosecutors allege in one of several revelations in court papers unsealed yesterday.
A source close to the case said Neil Entwistle was always on the computer and may have vented his sexual frustrations online - suggesting the unemployed techie used the Internet for much more than just business.
Online records indicate that by October 2004 - just a year after the couple’s marriage - Neil Entwistle already was descending into a seedy underworld of cyber smut peddling. He registered steamy Web sites such as www.thebigpenismanual.com and www.deephotsex.com and had also posted sex pics on another site he used to sell porn services.
Joseph Flaherty, a friend of the murdered mom’s family, said Rachel Entwistle’s family trusted Neil Entwistle and “didn’t see any of this coming.”
“Nothing indicated that there was a problem,” said Flaherty, who wouldn’t discuss details in the new court papers.
Besides the reported sex problems, the court papers reveal that Neil Entwistle told investigators he returned home from an errand on Jan. 20 at 9 a.m. to find Rachel, 27, and 9-month-old Lillian dead in the master bedroom of the family’s rented Hopkinton home. Prosecutors have said the slayings occurred sometime after 7 a.m.
Entwistle reportedly told cops he didn’t call 911, covered them up and got a knife to kill himself “but could not go through with it.”
He said he then drove to Carver to get a gun to kill himself but “could not get into the home.” Police later found keys to the Carver home inside the Entwistles’ BMW at Logan International Airport.
The documents also say Neil Entwistle’s DNA was found on the grip of the .22-caliber gun used in the slaying and that Rachel Entwistle’s DNA was on the barrel.
Prosecutors say Entwistle intended to commit a double murder-suicide but fled to England after gunning down his wife and baby with his father-in-law’s gun.
A source close to the case said Entwistle denied killing his family to investigators who contacted him by phone at his parents’ home in England. He said he “panicked” and fled when he saw his wife and daughter’s bodies, the source said.
According to experts, sex woes don’t usually drive spouses to kill but often lead to affairs and Internet porn addictions.
“It’s the reason why they have affairs and have secret lives and go off and create other relationships while they are married,” said Dr. Dan Pollets, a certified sex therapist in Medford and Wilmington.
Entwistle’s sexual dissatisfaction could mean he had sexual dysfunction issues, or the couple’s sex life simply may have not gotten back on track after Lillian’s birth.
“It could be possible that his wife was experiencing decreased desire for intimacy after having the baby,” said Nancy Levin McGrath, a certified sex therapist in Brookline. “Sometimes new fathers can have difficulty adjusting to their wife’s attention being focused on the new baby.”
Attorney David Frank, a former prosecutor in Bristol and Suffolk counties, said including the sex issue in court papers will make it easier for prosecutors to bring it into the trial.
“When you have stuff like this, it helps solve one of the most difficult hurdles that faces these types of prosecutions, and that’s getting inside the head of a defendant,” Frank said.
