As long as we are waxing philosophical...

What if the buyer sends the email to the seller who received no bids -- but the buyer's email bounced somewhere along the way, and the seller never received it?

It was email sent, it was commercial, it was unsolicited. Can it be spam if it disappears en route?

And if the tree falls in the forest, etc...
