*Sigh*, those newbies on ebay

Just received a NEG feedback from another newbie eBayer. It's the first NEG fb in 6 months vs 411 POS fb.

What can we do ??

wouldn't it be nice if ebay took down a neg once the poster agrees(as evidenced by subsequent posts) that the problem was solved?

No doubt. It MIGHT hurt your business a bit further, though. You just have to figure out which is more important. And I'm not kidding. If it would affect our business, it would be small. And the satisfaction can be quite large.
