You and lindak still haven't grown spines enough to answer my questions from the Iraq war thread. Please explain to me if you hate them so much why in the world do you want the US in Iraq to bring them freedom and democracy and why are you killing off American troops to do it?

As you proclaim your hatred for all Muslims, it is time to inform you of how many serve in your own Armed Forces. I realize that those of you who were too ignorant to even realize that women serve in Iraq and Afghanistan probably do not know that Muslims serve too. I'm surprised your 'Marine son' never informed you of this, lindak. BTW, do you realize the number of Hispanics that serve also? So before blathering further hatred for so many people, perhaps think about the dishonor you show the troops and all of these brave souls. Stop the ignorance and become informed and hopefully your fear and hatred may lessen.

After reading that post of yours Ron, you have lost all credibility. You are a hate monger, plain and simple. It is one thing to hate our enemies, but to hate the entire Muslim people as a whole is extremely poor judgment.
And you are once again incorrect about my original statement, I said that the detainees if charged should receive a trial or military tribunal. Where did I say they would be tried as street walkers? Nope,never said that. Your mistake.

I never said the US was in Iraq to foster their religion, washingtonebayer so quit your side-stepping. You still can't answer my question. If you hate them so much why are you there to bring them freedom and democracy?
Maggie, when a person hates as Ronnie does it's difficult to hide their identity for long. He arrived with a transparent mask and he was hooked to lindak from the get-go. That mother attachment is a strong one. Hate and fear and cowardice .......... like mother, like son.

You have lost your argument because you can't differentiate religon and democracy. That is something you have to live with.

Strange thought....
Reading the news lately about these 3 suicides, I see more sympathy for them than the suicide bombers that are killing American troops and Iraqi citizens.
Given the opportunity these 3 would most likely have chosen to go out with a bang, so WHY is there so much care and consideration being given to them?
Had they not put themselves in the position of being captured and accused of being terrorists, they would not be incarcerated in the first place.

the Iraqi press was jumping up and down...cheering when they realized just who had been killed with those two bombs.
And then we here in America....[b]can see our own press...NOT only NOT being happy about it....
but asking all these questions about whether or not OUR SOLDIERS killed him, hurt him in any way. THIS as our soldiers had worked to see if they could save him.
THAT is the liberal press that informs American citizens on their terrible actions at GITMO...in Iraq...etc.

As for the questions that the american press asked... oh my god... those freaking evil liberals, attempting to.......details... Who the hell do they think they are wanting to write an story with actual details regarding the attack and death of Zarqawi.
Stop drinking the Fox Kool-aid Linda. I watched that press conference too and the only thing that shocked me was that anyone thought "Did the American soldiers that arrived on the scene administer any care" was a show of sympathy. I think that once you learned the guy was alive when they got there is was an obvious question.
But that said... who the hell are you to say that people that might be curious about the details are anti american and don't support troops? Who made you the standard bearer of patriotism?

Let me clear some things up.
I have been to Guantanamo Bay on numerous occasions. According to press and attorney reports, the three men who committed suicide had been cut off from their families and "driven to despair." What a load of garbage! These men were not "driven by despair." These were crazies who believed a dream by a Muslim leader living at Gitmo. He claimed that in his dream, three "brothers" (Muslims) would have to die before the U.S. would shut the camp down. Since then, the "brothers" have been lining up to martyr themselves. I have reported on this "dream" for over two years. The media has known this as well and have chosen not to report it, even now after the prisoners have achieved the first part of their goal.
This was an act of an al-Qaida operative, a terrorist recruiter and a front-line Taliban fighter in other words
terrorists. They are seeking to manipulate the weak-minded. This was what they were tying to do on May 20, 2006, when the riot broke out. Note that three detainees tried to commit suicide (one attempted to hang himself; the other two tried to overdose).
The liberal outcry was that this was not a suicide attempt; it was an attack over Qurans. In fact, (attorney for the terrorists) Kristin Wilhelm, referring to the riot, said that she blames the guards and not the terrorists.
She told the AP June 8 (two days before the terrorists committed their pre-meditated suicides): "There was no mention of a suicide attempt, and there was no mention of luring a guard into the cell block." Ha liberals cry and people die. Had we not forced our brave troopers at Guantanamo Bay to coddle these evildoers and instead allowed them to be treated as the thugs they are, these three men wouldn't be frying in hell with Zarqawi right now.
It is they who claim they love death like we love life.
They get mail from families, 4,200 calories each day of pretty good food (I've eaten it). If they behave, they get Klondike Bars and Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream as well as Pepsi three times a week. They have soccer games, volleyball, basketball and stationary bikes, free health and dental care, libraries, and the list goes on.
In return, they physically attack our troops and even throw their bodily fluids on the guards on a regular basis. Our guards go through each cellblock two at a time. If one is hit with what is known as Cocktail #5 (a mixture of all the bodily fluids a male can produce) and he retaliates, it is the guard that will be sent to Leavenworth prison.
The pictures you routinely see are of the orange jump-suited detainees praying in gravel. That picture was taken at Camp X-Ray. That camp was closed and was only in use for three months in 2002.
The left continues to lies about this situation. Remember: They don't hate George W. Bush because of this war; they hate this war because of George W. Bush.

Yep! the 3 who killed themselves were hoping for just that. To get the camped closed by all the flack they knew would happen through the press and others. They want to use our own humanity against us by trying to make it look like we caused their deaths WHICH WE did not. Anyone wanting to kill themselves is not my fault or anyone else's fault. NO one has control over another human when it comes to that mentality......... & if you tried to stop their suicide you would have to be cruel to do so thus the catch 22 of the whole thing. Either physically tie them up to stop their ability to harm themselves or drug the heck out of them. No one here would agree with that at all. SO if they accomplish killing themselves it is their fault.
I can imagine that others imprisoned there will try the same thing to be martyrs too. You don't release these people just to stop their self destruction as that will give in to them and cause the outside world to suffer a greater loss in the long run. If we release them we might as well close all the prisons in the world. I can see it now some death row inmate tries to kill himself so we set him free. DOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
I can not feel any sympathy for terrorist or ones accused of it. I can understand some being depressed, but let them out? BS!
POW is a POW different rules!. America is not above treating these criminals as such and if you value your freedom and rights and status quo then we need not cave in to media and the horse sh*t that they stir up. In other words don't believe half of what you hear and even less of what you think. A black horse could just be painted that way.
