Proof? LOL Remember me saying that what I LOVED about you posting on the ross board was that you couldn't edit your posts there?
It's there for all to see, helen.
And I believe you even mentioned it on this board....about the time someone was saying it was good to 'see you back here'.
I of course, didn't agree with their joyfulness....but you also commented then about WHY you 'weren't around here much anymore'.
Reading your own statements is ALL the proof *I NEED*. Anyone else chooses not to believe it....hey...that's life. Doesn't change what DID say.
Now...find someone else to play your little pompous, antagonistic, childish GAMES with. That's WHY you came back again. It's YOUR style.

This is a silly and inconsequential topic to argue about but the important aspect to consider is that it illustrates Linda's belief that she can make any statement about anyone here without providing any basis whatsoever. She believes that she can misrepresent the truth to fit any agenda that she may have...personal or political.
And another reason that she is disruptive to any forum.

Linda is so full of herself she still doesn't believe that some were too busy working or enjoying the outdoors to post much during the summer months. Even the Outlook was way slower than usual during that time and surely she has no bearing on those users.
We all take breaks occasionally. Why would she consider that significant? I'm on my way to the library...maybe I'll check out a text book on abnormal psychology.

Oh...and while you're there....maybe also checking out books on 'how to improve your memory' might also be helpful to you.

The WA Times two cents on obama:
The other Barack Obama
TODAY'S EDITORIAL
December 14, 2006
We don't recall the last time a first-term senator introduced "Monday Night Football" to a national audience; we just hope it doesn't become a trend. But such is Illinois Sen. Barack Obama's celebrity these days that we imagine few who watched Monday's game between the Chicago Bears and St. Louis Rams didn't know that the guy on their screens wearing that awkward Bears cap was a possible future president.
Of course, if you haven't yet fallen prey to Obama-mania, you might just be asking, What has this guy done to deserve all this? The answer is very little -- but that's also the point.
Mr. Obama's two years in the Senate have been relatively quiet, given all the national attention he garners.
We'll be analyzing his Senate record so far in a later editorial.
For now, the best way to understand the kind of politician Mr. Obama is -- and not what team he roots for -- is to look at his record before becoming a U.S. senator.
In 1996, Mr. Obama was elected to the Illinois Senate, representing a South Side district of Chicago. Although he failed in a bid at a congressional seat in 2000, this was Mr. Obama's only legislative experience before being elected to the U.S. Senate in 2004.
[linda's note - he ran UNOPPOSED]
• Between 1997 and 1998 and again in 2001, the Illinois Planned Parenthood Council gave Mr. Obama a 100 percent rating on his voting record.
• In 1999, the anti-tax organization National Taxpayers United of Illinois gave Mr. Obama a 0 percent rating on his voting record;
in 2001-02, it gave him a 10 percent rating.
• In 2003, the Illinois Environmental Council gave Mr. Obama a 100 percent rating; in 1998, it gave Mr. Obama a 75 percent rating.
• In 2004, based on his lifetime voting record in the Illinois Senate, the National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund gave Mr. Obama a grade of F.
• On labor issues, the Illinois AFL-CIO gave Mr. Obama a 92 percent rating, an 89 percent rating and an 89 percent rating in the years 1999, 2001 and 2003, respectively.
• At an antiwar rally in October 2002, Mr. Obama delivered a fiery speech in which he said, "What I am opposed to is the attempt by political hacks like Karl Rove to distract us from the rise in the uninsured, a rise in the poverty rate, a drop in the median income..."
However, as Black Commentator magazine noticed, when Mr. Obama began his campaign for the U.S. Senate those remarks mysteriously disappeared from his Web site.
In short, Mr. Obama's record as an Illinois state senator was down-the-line liberal. For someone representing a liberal district in Chicago, that's not very surprising. What is surprising is how Mr. Obama's liberal label has been effectively wiped clean since he entered the U.S. Senate.

This is TOO funny.
Seems that Obama...the great white/black hope for the liberals is senitive about his rather large ears.
Old big mouth, maureen dowd insulted him and he put her in her place.
Too funny:
Here we go with Barack Obama.
As you know, he was up in New Hampshire -- do you know, by the way, TV ads for Barack Obama are going to start airing this weekend?
Presidential ads for Barack Obama in New Hampshire start airing this weekend.
Hillary, I think, is starting to get panicked because she's called up all of Bubba's old buddies, Carville and Begala and Joe Lockhart, she had them over to dinner to discuss what to do about this. Her team wasn't there.
They're all one team, of course, but publicly Carville and Begala have said, (paraphrasing) "Well, we'll help, but we're not officially on the team." That allows them to have more movement and latitude under the radar.
Anyway, Obama up in New Hampshire being treated like a god making a speech. Now, apparently before he made the speech, Maureen Dowd had written something about his big ears. Obama, after the speech, made a beeline for Maureen Dowd who was in the audience to tell her that he didn't appreciate her writing about his big ears.
Now, there's a lot of noise here and it's very muddy. I'll translate it for you, but here's how it sounded.
OBAMA: Talk about my ears. So I just want to put you on notice, I'm very sensitive about -- what I told them was I was teased relentlessly when I was a kid about my big ears.
DOWD: We're just trying to toughen you up.
RUSH: "We're just trying to toughen you up." Here is what Barack Obama said. "Talk about my ears. So I just want to put you on notice, I'm very sensitive about -- what I told them was I was teased relentlessly when I was a kid about my big ears."
Now, there are many aspects of this, folks, that we need to delve into and explore.
For one thing, I mean you know me, if the guy's sensitive about his big ears, we need to give him a new name, like Dumbo. But that doesn't quite get it. How about Barack Obama Hussein Odumbo.
Well, if he's sensitive -- stop to think about this. This is a man being lauded as the savior of the country, a presidential candidate ready to be anointed, and he can't handle being teased about his big ears?
He goes out to Maureen Dowd and says, I am putting you on notice? Is that a threat? I want to put you on notice?

Thanking you in advance for your kind consideration.
And she's STILL baiting and trolling in each and every thread. I'd call that DISRUPTING EVERY THREAD.....hmmmmmm - in TOTAL violation of our community guidelines.
But hey....what does a #*!@ disturber care? They're seeking attention for themselves....baiting...trolling....harassing.....DISRUPTING EVERY THREAD.
