In case some of you don't know, here's an easy way to cut & paste.
Highlight what you want to send to all your customers. Right click and click on "copy".
When you start a new email, press "ctrl" and "v". This pastes what you copied on any of your emails.
Then just go down your list of bidders and click "ctrl" & "v" and your email is there. It's not necessary to actually copy & paste every single time - just do the "ctrl" & "v" thing.

Hey, imabrit. I want to congratulate you for spelling "bated" breath correctly! So often people write it "baited," and I imagine (even though I try not to) their tongue hanging out with a worm or old fish on it. Yukkkk.

I use ebud automated emails. They have a very cut and dried email for each process, but you can and should change it. I stopped sending out the payment shipped email and combined that with my payment received email. I know when I'm going to ship when I get that payment, why do an extra step? EOA, One click pulls up the email on each auction, multiples are combined automatically and most of the time I change nothing, but when I do it's just add a word or 2. Doesn't take me more than a few seconds. I couldn'tdo any quantity of auctions without it.
