It [welfare costs] probably HAS cost that much since it was first put in place.
And there will be NO NEED for welfare programs should we lose this war on terrorism like the liberals are beginning to call for.

Yea Linda,she gets all pissy when I mention the welfare scumbags,who make it a life long ambition to sit on their ass's all day and do nothing except collect their welfare checks and steal oxygen.

Well you're right-I havent dated anyone different since Oct 8,1971.But I dont think thats such a bad thing.Dating has really changed over the years from bar hopping to computer dating. I think bar hopping was a lot better as you can see and talk to the person up close and personal.
The pic below is of me of my typical dating scene way back in the 70's-up close and personal..
now below we have a pic of Rustygumbo computer dating nowadays-as you can imagine,he didnt get too many dates...
