"A congressional task force recommended that brain-scan equipment should be used to help detect brain injuries in soldiers returning from Iraq."
It's appalling that a congressional task force needs to recommend what is so obviously necessary. Apparently, they have been misdiagnosing brain injury, calling it personality disorder.

After being used as cannon fodder, when they are maimed, dismembered and driven crazy, the troops have little support. Why should it take a congressional task force to direct basic medical care of injured soldiers.
Bush and his administration are losers in every sense of the word.
