Whatever is up for auction in that pic, even if it has a real aroma of dog and is covered with doghair and doggy scratch marks, it is non-returnable since,
"As with any Ebay transaction, All Sales are Final"!
Any Ebay Transaction? Hmmm... I know many who offer satisfaction guaranteed and offer returns, including me! It's just wonderful to have a seller speak for all of us.....

Neat thread. A breath of fresh air in this world of grumbling.
I was going to say the radio/cd player (?) on the bed, but since it is an auction HCQ would look at I will say the fabric the dog is laying on.
But you know what they say about following your first instincts.
At least it made me go clean my bedroom a bit.

My guess is the dog is artificial and that's what they're selling.

Well, first let's eliminate the dog due to eBay policy (assuming it is alive), then the pillows and cheetah throw, as a bed must have some sort of covers, and these do not look like they were laid out fresh for a picture. The white thingy to the left is probably a slip or nightgown of some sort, as it isn't that unusual for a woman to leave one on her bed. The electronic whatever (clock? player?) is a possibility, but again is probably standard equipment in this bedroom.
The only thing that is not easily explainable (other than the dog) is the folded fabric that the dog is drooling on. (Oh, I'd still want it, wouldn't everyone? Sure.)

The Cheetah throw looks like an electric blanket to me. That's my guess. I'd bid on that dog anyday though, looks like a little bear.

OK HCQ.....IMHO the only way you could have found this is through your desire for material for your quilts.....now don't you want all that dog dribble too?? lmao

Must be the Breathe Right nasal strip the dog is wearing. See how comfortable that pooch looks? Bet that hound doesn't even snore now.

Usually I just lurk here and only post when
I have a question.Everyone has always
been so helpful. For some reason, this thread
was so funny that it became a challenge
to find the auction. I just had to see the
sellers other pics. Now that HCQ has said she
invited the seller,I can say that it was
easy enough to locate the auction. This photo
pales in comparison to some of the others!
HCQ...your quilts are spectacular! Simply
beautiful!

As it seems the seller in question has been identified by at least one person, I'm locking the thread. It will be unlocked for further discussion in 24 hours or upon the seller's response.
Thank you,

The camera?? If it was mine, I'd sell it!
OR that is a stuffed dog and it's for sale .. it's face looks like a seal?? Maybe it's a stuffed half dog, half seal!
I have a memory like a steel trap .. unfortunately it's rusted shut!

What's sad is that I found out what it was and then promptly forgot. <G>
Seriously, most of the items in the pic were for sale. That fabric (don't remember what it was now) dress-thing, the clock on the bed, the cheetah throw... I don't remember if the dog was or not. Didn't do *that* much research into it.

I don't know about everything being on auction.
That doesn't seem to go along with HCQ's earlier post about one of the posters being right.

Jeez! This had me and my partner it stitches last night, looking at the pics attached to the seller's auctions. She crams loads of things into a single picture which is then used for several auctions.
Swimsuits, a couple of sets of lingerie and a hat (with only the hat modelled)... the cheetah throw, fabric and clock radio (not the dog - sorry!)... suede boots, hand puppet, god! I can't remember what else.. about 7 or 8 things all on a table so she has to tell you [b]where]/b] on the table to look!
My partner said "She hasn't quite got the hang of the auction stuff, has she? Maybe she was worried about using up all the digits in her digital camera?"
And the "As with any Ebay transaction, All Sales are Final"! ... Oh, really???

Well it took about 45 seconds to find the auctions and it looks to me like the seller is using a regular camera and trying to minimize number of pictures she has developed. Those CD's can get expensive.
I can understand that but surely there is a better way to organize her products and identify them. That messy bed would be all it would take for me to NEVER bid on one of her auctions. Rest of the house looks fine so surely there was a better place to show off the items for sale.
