I even have a "Clergy" thing to hang on my rearview mirrow to get good parking at hospitals. I ordained myself at the ULC so I could do a marriage ceremony for some hippy friends quite a few years ago, it doesn't cost 5 dollars unless you want the paperwork. Otherwise, it's FREE. I have entertained the notion of paying the 50 bucks necessary to become an official Saint. Sure is a lot easier than what Catlicks have to go through.
I hope you didnt take offense to my comment about the ULC thing. There is a big difference between you and "the rev". You both received your "card" from the ULC, but at least you dont go around calling yourself a reverend (at least you havent in this form) and havent started a Church.

no offense taken, I got that silly card for one reason, to do a wedding for a couple of friends and haven't used it since. Most people I think use it to be tax cheats.

I have a friend get a "membership" in the ULC so he could be with his partner if his partner was ever hospitalized since hospitals only allow immediate family members to be in the room.
