Ebay doesn't go out of their way looking for rule violations. It was probably a busy body that was annoyed that your listings turned up when they searched for American Girl dolls and turned you in to safe harbor.

If people would stop reporting eachother for every thing under the sun, life at Ebay would be much better. They should save their complaints for real violations such as fraud and leave the rest of us alone...

I also would like to see Ebay (in the case of insignificant violations), instead of closing auctions immediately, give the seller a friendly warning and allow them to make changes to the listing. That would cause less anger and frustration...
