So, if it's an html file, does that mean that I can't make a picture out of it? I seen many people have this picture in their auction. I can't figure out how they can get it.

samimandi--An HTML file is not an image. If you have scanned something or taken a picture of it with a digital camera you will have either a JPG or a GIF. You would have to view the image that is IN the HTML file and right click to save it as an image. If indeed it is your picture to do that with.
