I have always wondered this about moderators.

Have they ever been here before or are we all "new" to them?

Are they given a list kind of like a report card of the "good students" and the "bad students" when they start the job?

You don't have to answer this because I know deep down that I don't really want to know.

I was just wondering.

Just one more thing. Is "Introducting" a word? I can't find it in my dictionary.

Hi,

"Introduct" is actually an ingenious word conceived by pattaylor. It is a cross between induct which means "admit as a member", and introduce which is "to bring in for the first time". Clever, huh?
