Sorry moderator. I will not do that again, however all I did was post the image url in between image tags and since I did not remove an image from any particular site and did not upload it to any "foreign" server it is not considered infringement, according to a 1999 Federal Court Ruling (don't remember the case).
I do however understand your position and will not do it again!
(edited so that my spelling didn't make me look like I work for a particular auction site)

I'm so glad the BidBay faithful are here welcome Wishmaker.
Well if what I cited today isn't an ethical, moral or legal violation by BidBay then they have nothing to worry about...but me thinks you guys protest too much.
I have other information that the FTC will be interested in. Like employees/agents of BidBay participating and winning contests.
I made BidBay aware of the situation once that winner was announced...did they rectify the situation and name someone else a winner?
And if I'm correct this person has won numerous times.
I have also requested via email to their contest judge the official winners list or the information on how to obtain it. Any company who holds a contest are required by law to provide this information. However I don't expect to hear back from them...so I guess I must move on to step two.

Wishmaker brings up yet another legal question.
You are holding a raffle on BidBay?
What are the laws regarding raffles?
I thought it was funny how people on BidBay awhile back learned to get cash bids on their items....HOLD A RAFFLE AND KEEP A PERCENTAGE OF THE PROCEEDS.
I am looking into this as well.
I am all for charity...but there are laws that charitable organizations and people holding charity drives must follow.
Are they being followed on BidBay?
We'll see...news at 11.
Once again if all of this is kosher then BidBay has nothing to worry about.

wishmaker we are not allowed here to use names nor to mention usernames of persons not in the chat room using their real usernames. But I know who you are

auctiongaurd,
The site where you got the gif has a specific policy: that you must not copy, distribute, republish, upload, post, or transmit anything unless you get their written consent first.
I'm certainly no copyright attorney, but I think it would be prudent not to post such material again.

Not to sound mean, but who cares who you are?
These boards are supposed to be annonymous. That's the beauty of the Internet. Don't worry, nobody here is going to put a bounty out for your personal information. There seems to be only one guy on the Internet that does that on a regular basis.
Let's stick to the topic.
Edited because I can't spill, er spell.
