loggia wonder if you are allowed to send out MasterCard debit cards unsolicited? Anyone know?

I've had institutions send me debit cards without requesting them. They are a useless piece of plastic unless I decide to activate them. Open an account with many banks and they'll send you a debit card whether you want it or not.

You have 3 choices.

1. throw it in the trash
2. activate it and use it
3. become upset and try to make an issue out of a non-issue.
