In response to whomever had called this guy's plan "brilliant", I am having a hard time considering that concocting a plan to gouge people that don't know better "brilliant"...That having been said, I'll just assume that it was a 'tongue in cheek' statement.

Any email to safeharbor, timesensitive or support will result in a standard "we are looking into it" reply from eBay.
eBay looks into these reports on a first in first out basis and it may be days before eBay actually does anything.
Best bet is to email or call the postal service. If they get in touch with eBay then things will happen and quickly.

And as far as having the USPS deliver these boxes, I think the seller is actually mailing them personally.
If memory serves, when you order from USPS you can't order in quantities as small as this seller is offering. More like pallet sized quantities.

Code - I usually just order my boxes as a case at a time. They come with about 25 or 50 to a case. No way could 125 of those boxes (or 4 or 5 cases) be shipped for $2.50 shipping and handling.

Mr Bucks> I totally resent that remark as 99.9% of buyers and sellers are honest folk. This person having the unmittigated gall to sell US Government Property can in no way be excused. It is no wonder Priority and all shipping rates have steadily increased, and we, the honest folks out there, have the obligation to put a stop to this. This is no lynch mob, sir/madam, but honest folks putting a stop to a very dishonest practice. I just called our local Postmaster, and also gave him Ebays phone numbers. He is calling them as well as sending a fax to the Postmaster Generals office. Fines are stiff, and this person might very well do some time. I was informed this is a Federal Offense and the Postmaster agreed this seller would have visitors knocking at his door within the hour. They work fast.

Actually he is probably having USPS deliver them boxes are sent in packages or 25 for the most part.
He is selling them in groups of 5 which is max USPS will send you without making you sign the disclosure card.
Video, shirt and square boxes are 25 per order he is selling 125
Tubes are 10 per order he is selling 50.
What a scam that is just as bad as the people selling WIC baby formula

Code - I have ordered as little as 1 box of 25 from the USPS website without a problem. Also, you can't ship 125 boxes for the $2.50 he is charging for shipping.

Since there is sufficient information in this thread to identify the seller, I am going to have to lock this thread according to the CG's. Discussing the seller is a violation of the Community Guidelines.
