It's down in KY. Could someone please tell me how to request refunds?? I've got many auctions ending and no one can get to them. Thanks so much!

Drop by the Q&A when it comes back, lotsa people will be happy to post a link to the proper support page for a refund request

Thanks garagesale, I will do just that. All of a sudden, I can see my auctions, but heck the downtime was way too long!
