Right, eBay is really sick!
Not to catch cheater seller and deadbeater! Only have extra time do something to bother honest seller! See their rule changed recently all to limit seller (not to handle deadbeater )
Supergsm, I saw your auction almost a year! Right, Nothing violates ebay rule, I 100% agree with you!
But after May 10th, eBay not allow seller to say, “email me” or put on email address in description or email HTML link! (Unless your ID is your email address - FUN), and not allow to link to AW frontshop! (Allow to link half.com—DOUBLE STANDARD)
I read that eBay safeharbor’s reply! What a stupid safeharbor! This is not good idea to suspend a good reputation’s seller! EBay’s revenue from listing fee and final fee! They kick away good seller, they are doing “Circumventing eBay fees” themselves

Welcome to AuctionWatch, by the way. I couldn't help noticing that you just joined a few minutes ago....

I’m using auctionwatch for searching something! And found an interesting topic! I should say something! Free of speech! But I had to join auctionwatch first!
What made you unhappy!

HI all, I am a newbie...trying to learn here on the message boards how to and how not to run an auction. I have not yet put an auction up and I am somewhat confused after reading all this thread. That being said...I have a question.....If you put up an eBay auction that is not up to eBay's wording regulations, [done unknowingly], does eBay notify you that you are not in compliance with their rules and give you an opportunity to change the improper wording before they take down your auction? Or do they just close your auction and then email you that you are not in compliance?
Thanks for any suggestions or advice.

Topics, you should receive a warning. If you don't you can complain.
This little statement is still in supergsm's auction descriptions:
"If you have negative feedback- non-payment history, or net feedback less than 3+, or bid retractions over 5 times in your record, please don't bother to bid on my items, as your bid will be canceled at my
discretion! If you cannot meet these requirements, and really need my service, contact me first!"
That last sentence is the one that's hanging him out to dry.
Is it legal to unlock cell phones, circumventing fees that are charged by cell phone companies?
